Batter hadn't realised the bowler had started their (admittedly short) run in. I think calling it dead was just fair play in the spirit of the game.

Poor umpiring in the fact that they didn't hold the bowler up. It's their job to make sure both batsmen and bowler are ready, they should have had their arm out stopping the bowler.

The batter looks up to the bowler almost running up by the crease already. It was a fair call.

The average speed of a man spin bowler is 70-90 km/h, the average speed of a woman fast bowler is 110-120 km/h, some Australian women bowlers have been clocked at 125km/h, name a man spin bowler that bowls at 110-120km/h? 280 - 290 is considered a good score in men’s ODI’s so Australia women scoring 336 is a high score and they have done it several times, they scored 356 in the last ODI world cup against England. Yet you say the scores aren't high. The only thing you got near right is timing is important in cricket.
