Hello Guys,
In this video, I have explained how to file your online application with Australian Computer Society (ACS).
The very first step is to arrange your documentation and then create the PDF files of the scanned certified copies. If you want to know more about the documentation required for skill assessment by Australia Computer Society (ACS) is here

The whole process is defined here
1. First select your application type with Australia Computer Society (ACS)
2. The next step is to select an ANZSCO code to get yourself assessed
3. Now, you need to enter your personal details
4. Then you need to add your qualification and employment details.
5. Then finally you need to confirm the details and then pay the fee
6. Australian Computer Society (ACS) accepts credit card or a paypal for payment. You can use either of these for payment.
The assessment is the first step for your skilled Australian immigration.

For 2013-2023, should I need to attach all my salary slips till date now for each employer? And what about the bank statement, should it need to be provided ? Please advise. Thanks

Hi, I worked in same company with 3 designations. While submitting my application, Do i need to mention each designation with same company in Employment1, employment2, employment3 OR is it okay to just mention the last designation in employment1?

Hi team, I have query regarding IT skills assessment. Background: I have experience in india from two companies ABC and XYZ ABC (first company) Dates: 01/12 - 04/14 - 2 year(s) 3 month(s) XYZ Dates: 04/14 - 02/17 - 2year(s) 10 month(s) Altogether 5years 1 month IT experience. ACS has rejected my first company experience by stating "Software Engineer - Not Closely Related to the Nominated ANZSCO" And it's been three years now... Question is, what are the chances if I apply for ACS assessment with fresh documents and updated Anzac code. Will they approve or reject. I am first asking here becoz of money problem..

Hello Rahul, Where we have to upload a CV , I mean which section? In the ACS document, it is mention like Point number 8. Resume/Curriculum Vitae - upload in your personal documents section. Does it mean along with the passport details we have to combine and upload the CV? Please confirm.. It is also mention in SkillsAssessmentGuidelinesforApplicants.pdf(Dec 2019) "Maximum limit of 3MB per PDF upload" means per file size should be 3 MB not more than that...can we upload multiple files separating each file as 3 MB ..? if not If the pages of my document are more which exceed size of 3 MB what I have to do? Section, 7.3 Payment Evidence page 15/21 "Payment Evidence must include at least two different types of documentary evidence from the following list of categories. This must cover the beginning and end for each year of employment being claimed in the application"..Means if I am working in the company for example 5 years. So I have to upload the Jan & Dec Bank statement/payslip of each year? Thanks, it will be a great help to answer the above questions.

To prove my experience shall I upload a recommendation letter from HR manager or IT manager for every company I worked for (with contact number included)? . In ur case did they call to be sure of ur documents?

They did not call in my case. I would suggest get the employment letter in the format specified by ACS

Hi, ACS has modified some guidelines on 27th sep 2019 under which they are asking for employment proofs like (bank statement, ITR, Payslips) which they usually used to ask at the time of EOI or later than that and any of the two documents are mandate to upload so my problem is that while filing for ACS it takes upto 3MB of file and if I go for the bank statement uploading then 1. how would I be able to get this covered in 3MB file as I have worked for 3 years in one of my organization and need to upload 3 years of bank statement. Please guide me how can I show my employment of 3 years 2. Secondly, Is there any limitation of uploading docs in one PDF of 3MBs ( fore ex- for my graduation I can only upload 8 documents including my degree, marksheets and all) Is that so?

charul gupta Thanks for your wonderful comment about the recent changes. You can install PDF printers . When you print your PDF files using these PDF printers the size of result files is usually less. Check if this helps you

Hi Rahul, Could you please tell me where to upload my CV? I have 3 employers so that makes Employment_1, Employment_2 and Employment_3. If there is no dedicated field for RESUME, shall I upload in most recent, i.e Employment_3 file itself? Thanks in Advance

Hello @Rahul, should all the documents be notarized? For example: 1. Passport colored photo copies; 2. Degree and mark sheets colored copies; 3. Name change proof; 4. Employment reference letter issued by Employer directly. 5. Salary slips or Form 16 issued by employers. Additionally, how many months of salary slips should be enough to be accepted by ACS? Thanks in anticipation!!

Ishan Mahajan if you have original reference letter from your employer then that is ok. I never used any colour copy of passport or degree certificates instead I notarized bnw copies

Payslips one for first and one for last or latest fir each employment that you put in the application

Hi Rahul.. Thanks for this Informative video and Just now saw this.. I have some doubts 3mb pdf means I have to combine my bank statements,payslip and Reference letter in one pdf for one employer. I have four employers including the current one so four column I can able to add. Am I right?

Hi Rahul, I have started my career with Diploma (10+3) qualification on August 2013 which was full time and joined in MNC as systems engineer and completed my graduation in BSC 2016 through distance while doing my profession. Now I am in Australia with TSS 482 which is company sponsored and completed one year. Totally, I have 5 years exp in India and 1+ year exp in Australia, So totally 6 years of IT exp. Can I apply for ACS and get skills validated ? Is the part time education will be considered ? If yes, Please guide me to proceed further. Thanks in Advance.

I am not sure if your part time education will be considered or not. If not, you still have Diploma. What was the field of your Diploma?

Hello Sir, I have a query Reg. ACS Skill assessment which will expire on 11 May 2023. My new application brings my old assessed details and documents which I can not delete or edit. In my case, I have assessed an experience 2 years ago with a work experience certificate, which doesn't clearly state hours worked, DD/MM/YYYY, and employer's email address. and that will not fulfil the requirements according to the new guideline. I am not able to delete that letter and if I upload a new document, it will be mismatched with the old one. Please give me a suggestion. There are no changes in my Education or Experience. I just wanted to have my skills assessed as before. Thank you, Ronak

@@sandeepdevkar7659 I have got the successful outcome of this application. I have attached new documents and put _Updated with the name of the document. For example, in my case, My work experience certificate wasn't showing date and few things as per guidelines, so i uploaded with minor changes with name like this work experience certificate_Updated. So any changes you want you can do it like this. Later I confirmed this with ACS case officer vis email. You can also ask questions to acs before you submit your application, don't solely rely on KZfaq comments. I hope I cleared your doubts.

avituteja4409 if you check the last section of the video above, there was no surcharge when the video was made . However, they can change anytime. But, if your card is not in AUD you can expect some currency conversion fee.

Ok so officially you are Charul and not Charul Gupta. I have recently assisted somebody for a student visa in Australia she had the same issue. In her case, she had the one word name in all official documents too so it was not possible for her to get herself a new passport. Is your case similar?

Hi, I have query , I want to go for spouse skill assessment to claim 5 points. let me give some background I m mechanical engg with 8 year expeience. got assessed by engg Australia. and submitted EOI. but now i m looking for increasing 5 more points. my spouse is computer science engineer and having 4 year (total-software testing) year experience , and joined second company recently. what is ITC MAJOR AND MINOR in ACS ? i m bit confused. and what you mean by positive report of ACS, if its ICT Minor its considered as negative report? What all Documents need notarized? Marks sheet and certificates and letter head company letters as well?
