Ingredients
1/2 cup of Cooking Oil
400g Baby Stingray
1pc Ginger Flower (Bunga Kantan)
3-4 stalks of Laksa Leaves (Daun Kesum)
12pcs of Ladies Fingers
1pc of Belacan (Dried Shrimp Paste)
Salt & Sugar to taste
Ingredients for Blending:
1/2 cup of Cooking Oil
Water (sufficient to cover the ingredients)
200g of Dried Chillies (depends how spicy you want)
4-5 pcs of Lemongrass
3 cloves of Garlic
5-6pcs of Shallots
1pc (thumb size) of Fresh Turmeric
300g of Tamarind Juice (Deseed, Blend Separately)

Hai Mame Secret.. Recipi sama juga dengan Shadajie.. Ikan pari asam pedas yg ada bunga kantan dan Chedehon.. Ini adalah kuah ikan pari asam pedas masakan Asli Nyoya Penang Malaysia ..sebab itu belachen goreng dan garam adalah step petama yang mustahak.. Ok.. Good job.. Masakan maju dan berjaya.. Hockhoonkup. !

Hallo Mummy Secred.. Di hari ini ada 5 orang Chef yang masak Asam pedas Nyonya ,u akan menang 5 orang ini, Resioe kamu dengan mame saya yang sama, tadi ada seorang Chef Oerempuan bubuh santan ya, ini adalah silap ya.. You are the Best.. Gd job and gd try.. Mame saya pun Nyonya, tak pakai selur Jean, selalu pakai salung ya.. Ok.. Kam Sua. !

Hi may I know 200g of dried Chilli is before soak or after soak? 200g net dry is alot!

You can reduce the amount if you prefer less spicy. And it also depends on the type of dried chilli you bought, some are less spicy too. The more wrinkle means more spicy. But if the curry colour is not red enough, you can add more
