Ingredients
1/2 cup of Cooking Oil
400g Baby Stingray
1pc Ginger Flower (Bunga Kantan)
3-4 stalks of Laksa Leaves (Daun Kesum)
12pcs of Ladies Fingers
1pc of Belacan (Dried Shrimp Paste)
Salt & Sugar to taste
Ingredients for Blending:
1/2 cup of Cooking Oil
Water (sufficient to cover the ingredients)
200g of Dried Chillies (depends how spicy you want)
4-5 pcs of Lemongrass
3 cloves of Garlic
5-6pcs of Shallots
1pc (thumb size) of Fresh Turmeric
300g of Tamarind Juice (Deseed, Blend Separately)
