Ajay Chopraji plz respond .we need the measurements of masala for this Pindi chhole recipe .without measurement the chhole would not give the same taste and the quantity of ghee and oil to be poured on the chhole is also very important to know So please share the recipe completly.

Ma'am here's my adaptation which tastes just as good hope you like it.. Chole masala: 2 bay leaves 3-4 red chilli 2 tablespoons coriander seeds 1 table spoon cumin seeds 4-5 green cardamom 1 inch stick cinnamon 1 teaspoon black pepper seeds 1 teaspoon ajwain Small pieace of javitri Half jaiphal or nutmeg 1 black cardamon 1 tablespoon Anardana 1 tablespoon Amchur at the end
