How often do you have negative thoughts polluting your mind? Is there anything you could do to change something that's already done? Don't wish that you're not thinking about this non-stop? That's #overthinking .

I often get that and sometimes bouts of sadness David but I always try to reason saying I did what I thought was right at the time and always for others Never for myself

I suppose it is part of learning from mistakes. We can't change what happened in the past - but we can learn ways to avoid falling into the same traps again.

We all make mistakes and once we pass these hurdles it's a matter of not making the same mistakes. However it is, there's always new mistakes to be made.

Great video David. Overthinking is such a nightmare, the endless negative repetition is so debilitating and overwhelming. Do you have any tips or tricks for breaking out of the loop? I find it tends to wear itself out in the end, but it can take such a long time. I agree with you that it is related to depression: that’s been my experience too

I've read your reply on Thomas Henley's comments as much he hates other content creators who self promotes, there are times I have been overthinking and I am always hopeless at finding solutions to this problem. Sometimes I distract myself by going out for silent walks to where I previously filmed my walk with me videos and I go to the pool for a swim where I enjoy the moment being there. Even emotional and moral support from others is another.

@@aspiewithattitude3213 thank you David, I had never thought of doing something physical to break out of it. That’s really helpful
