Let's take a peek into the kids' bedroom and our brand new sensory garden! I'll be talking through the things I've put in place to help my Autistic son - from an indoor trampoline to a bathtub in my bedroom!

I have only been watching you and following you for a short time. But, you have taught me a lot. You have given me more tips than all the 'so called expert's" in the past four years. You have given me more insight into my two autistic children s world. Thank you fo red being so amazing as a woman, a person and as the mum of a child with autism. You are doing an amazing job.

Wow wow wowwww, i absolutely loveee! I have got some inspiration ideas already. The trampoline in the room too and the rope on the staircase. As for your personality, you seem so kind. Dylan and the other babas are lucky to have you as their Mummy! 🤗🌹

What a beautiful home! Lovely interiors and ohh your kitchen. It’s the one I would die for 😍 I spent quite a lot of time in the kitchen cause I like to bake a nice cake and I bake bread at home too so I hope one day I will own a kitchen similar to yours 😝 Stay safe and well quys. autism friendly, my 7 year old autistic son would have a field day in your house. i cant have any books on show they all have to be locked away as he loves to rip paper. peel the covers off and so on lol i had to move all my ornaments as he will pick anything up in hands reach and throw it when in a melt down. my house is very minimal compared every side is clear as he likes clear sides to line up his toys on lol you do have a beautiful home. my dream home :)

My family is redoing our home maybe I can use one of these features in ours ☺️ I have high functioning Aspergers and I have always wanted a sensory area of my own

There was a study that revealed individuals who live on farms tend to be happier than individuals who don't - or something along those lines. The reason is because of higher exposure to soil and the beneficial bacteria in the soil. What I'm trying to say is, I think it's fantastic that you encourage your son to interact with it

Actually, it looks like you have been in to my brain because this is my dreamhome and actually I must tell you that for so many years I have - for real dreamed about having a bedroom with a bath tub in it. I am not joking ❤

Beautiful home. Makes me want to up my game at home! How do you find Luca is with games consoles and tv? My son has recently been diagnosed with ADHD and it’s a source of issues, he HATES when its time to turn off, doesn’t matter how much had had, or how much warning!! Ends in a screaming rage fit! Luckily we never had a console out and hope he forgets it exists 😂🤣

Hi there yes for luca ipad is not his friend. I find dylan is calm on it and very regulated but luca he is a little monster on it. So we have to explain he is only aloud a short amount of time on it and very strict timings x

Coming Home to Autism thank you for your reply, I needed to hear that because I’ve been struggling to understand why my son doesn’t get on with them 😔 helpful to have it as something to fall back on for a bit of peace to get some work done but not worth it for the aftermath that follows! I’ve only found your channel this weekend and I’ve been binge watching 😂 I hope to know my Son as much as you know and understand yours! I’m still in the learning stage even though he’s already 7, he’s been like a confusing jigsaw puzzle 😂😤😅🤪 all the emoji emotions ha ha!

I feel you on that one. Luca is 7 and is a complex character with adhd . No autism but adhd is hard to parent until you understand it. Some great books out there for that also. I must do a video for adhd as well thanks for the reminder. I find anything that keeps them active is good a trampoline . Also a sand timer , so when you need peace put them on the iPad with a sand timer and he will know when time is up. Luca loves water so bath time is good also deep pressure massage to get our wiggles and fidgets 🥰

I've been having a look at the weighted blanket mentioned... Does it come with the cover as default or is the cover the £17 shown on the website? My son has always slept wonderfully but this lockdown (we are in Spain, not allowed to leave our flat much) is taking its toll and he wakes up several times a night, has nightmares... It's been challenging

If you just buy the blanket, it looks like the one they showed in this video. If you want a cover for it, you would have to buy it as well, or find another cover that would fit the size of the blanket. Hope this helps!

It comes with that cover I think. But we don’t use the cover it came with as it feels nice with out it x

Do you ever feel that you don’t have enough time for any of your child? I just wonder. I have a 2 year old who is on the spectrum ( I think, still waiting for a screening). I am kind of in a dilemma if I should have another kid or what if is that kid is special need?... Can’t come to a conclusion
