When I was young, my Mom always had an mp3 player with headphones in her bag. I use it whenever we go outside in public

Hi I am a mum of autism kid , I am so stressed out my son not sleep well and he sleep in my bed I try to put him in his bed he get depressed for months , and all night wake , now he sleep with me but he wake up at 2 pm and be awake till 5 pm the. Sleep 5 - 7 pm it’s so hard for all us plz guid me 😢
