Gixer riding position is really good compared to all other bikes in the segment. No heating issues as well. Nice build quality as well. It's value for money.

Many Rider actually enjoys the rain . I for one love to ride in rain. The proper Rain proof jackets and pants helps to keep the rider dry while enjoying the environment and feel of rain.

Came here after 2 years of watching this review and then going on to buying the bike. Must say the best bike in 250 cc category. Engine,breaks,power delivery everything is amazing except for hard gear shifts. Have attached a good tall after market windscreen with it bike looks amazing.

RS200 costs 38K cheaper than the SF250.. So both are good at their price points..

I own an RS200 and I'm telling you if you are having trouble choosing between this and the RS200 for its value for money and similar performance...then pls get the Gixxer. No one likes a bad gearbox, poor quality, vibrations, and bad service center experiences. The Suzuki Gixxer may not be value for money but everything you get will be of good quality. You will enjoy owning the bike.

Non stop ride 176 Kms from Chennai to interior Katpadi, fantastic ride no tiredness hardly felt some bumps, agile, good breaking, didn’t feel any heat and 7 litter of petrol two way and still it’s in last bar not even came on reserve

Hi @sebin , I am also looking out for this bike. Let me know how is the comfort for long rides. Looking at the bike it seems it is very comfortable and tour all day long. Let me know your thoughts on any fatigue or shoulder pain.

What is the make of the Fuel injector used in Gixxer SF 250? Like Bosch or Delphi's? Open loop Fi or closed loop Fi? Are the Fuel injectors of Gixxer 150, SF 150, 250 and SF 250 the same and hence common spares? Gixxer owners please clarify.

Suzuki bikes are just awsm. They don't have extra artificial equipments like slipper cluth , bluetooth connectivity and many more. They are special at making wonderful engines jst like we see in the new sf 250 which instead of being oil cooled don't need radiator fans to cool down which is a vry unique feature where none of its competitor could match. And ofcourse it's design is jst killer. And both the colours black and silver are DOPE. I wish SUZUKI would launch more sporty and unique bikes in india which other countries get instead India 💙💙

Why can't the relatively small visor be coated with water repelling material so that we don't have to wipe it in rain?

@@prasadjiwane2147 because it needs to be a "chemical" and having a chemical on helmet means chances of its contact with riders blood in case on an accident..which is a dangerous thing... But still such chemical coatings are available in India..but they are banned in many countries..

Advantage of Gixxer over Dominar 1.) 10km extra mileage per liter. You can get upto 43 if you ride between 80 to 90 in highway. 2.) Cheap service cost. For me it cost 560 for1st and 1000 for 2nd service.(Cheap compare to dominar) 3.) Sport look 4.) Comfortable seat for rider. 5.) Reliable Engine 6.) Smooth gear shift 7.) Good road presence in mototgp edition. 8.) 20K cheaper than DOminar Dominar 1.) Powerful engine can easily do 130+ speed 2.) Pillion comfort good compare to Gixxer 3.) Lot of after market accessories available 4.) Only for highway (OVerweight makes difficult to ride in city bumper to bumper) 5.) very comfortable sitting position Now you decide which is your requirement. 3 things to consider Gixxer importantly Mileage, Reliable $ smooth Engine and service cost. 3 important for Dominar Powerful high speed engine. Good pillion comfort Accessories (Aftermarket)

They already have a beast called the cbr 250rr that can annihilate any quarter litre bike in the world. It's just that they don't sell such bikes in India because... 1, it's a twin cylinder motor and will cost a fortune and Indian buyers won't pay that sort of money for a 250cc. (mentality) 2. They make a lot, and I mean a lot of money on activas in India so they don't give a shit.

Had Test ride lastweek.. Few metres of ride i felt Wrist pain and felt hard on palms.. after further distance pain moved to knee joint also. and side mirrors i didnt like. its wide outer to handle bar. felt uneasy in city traffic . one pickup commercial vehicle almost near i thought he pull me lcoking my mirror in his steel angles. otherwise its well balnced soft suspension bike. Clutch is Heavy thats why wrist pain and handle bar position is new for me that may be cause of hand l joint pain for me..... actually i want to stop test ride coz of pains... unfortunately no petrol machine off in peak traffic.. waited about 30 mins to get a bottle of petrol from the dealer... should i buy one?

Kindly suggest me I would like to buy a 250 cc bike for family comfortable and mainly for longer rides in highways and cities so I want to use this for many years so kindly suggest me which bike should I buy with great power and feel comfortable with aggressive style looking... it s not for my daily work I had Platina for my work it's for my longer rides suggest me

If you want your family to be comfortable just stop thinking about 250 cc bro they are not at all comfortable. Better plan in sub 200 cc segment or go with enfield

Premium petrol is essentially needed for engines having compression ratio of more than 12. This one has 10.5. Normal fuel is enough. Try to get unleaded petrol for better engine life.

If you want a no non sense bike that is so tractible , that can cruise so easily in 6th gear after 35kmph and with a low maintenance cost go for Gixxer sf 250

Go for 250sf..bro. had the same confusion. Finally having 250. You won't regret. Good pillion seat compared to rr..can save 60k approx. Decent milage...less maintenance.

Atlast something as good as cbr 250, but lacks in wind protection and pilllion comfort. Why not take naked version, it's cheaper. Will buy gixxer 250 faired on naked instead of fz25, ns200, dominar, mojo as daily user on city and highway. But 1st choice cbr250 now also
