the Chinese Government did not pump money into the car manufacturers (unlike the US gov who gave Intel US8.5B) but invested heavily in power grid and charging facilities all over the country in order to encourage people to buy EV. There were once hundreds of EV manufacturers in China, only handful survived the intense competition and the result is high quality EV with a low price tag, and the EU wants to keep their people from buying them !
Does not need to adjust for so high speed driving.

In fact, the prices of Chinese EVs in China are much much cheaper than abroad. The government has not subsidized electric vehicles much anymore because of their strong competitiveness, and subsidies are no longer needed

Speed limits restrictions is a must for most of the world except in German . Is it really necessary to have 2 seconds from 0 to 60 mile accelerate power? Top speed over 120 mile per hours? How many accidents you need before you think speed is more important then human life???
