Automate Windows 11 Installation
Today we will be creating an unattended install of Windows 11 Pro
you will learn how to easily create an unattended installation of Windows 11 or any other version of windows. Unattended installations use an answer file named Unattended.xml, this contains all of the tedious user input to various GUI dialog boxes that appear during the installation process.

You are trully brilliant, thank you Although it is not perfect on Win 11 cause it keeps taking me to the screen where I have to select Language, Time, Keyboard and then it takes me to the page where is asking which OS you want to install so it is not fully unattended

No need to add the XML to the iso!!! Just make the usb drive with Rufus from the unmodified iso and then simply copy the autounattend.xml to the root of the usb drive

I wanted to show people how to add files to ISO, but yes, you could just add it to USB root.

What does root of usb mean? Just put it inside the drive?

Hi Brian, exelent work. Do you have a video that is showing how to integrate the features.bat. Do I just copy this .bat file into the root of an usb-stick?

Great stuff Brian you must have a brain the size of Essex LOL!! and your videos are one of my daily go-to KZfaq videos. Now I take it this will work on machines that do not have supported hardware?? Plus I would like to know what it is about Edge that you don't like and use Chrome as the default browser as I use Edge and find it just works fine for what I want so is Chrome a better browser say for gamers??

Yes it will work on unsupported hardware if you use the correct rufus version

@@Britec09 Ok Brian thanks for that I have no machines just yet to try it out on as I already have my main desktop setup with the unsupported hardware version (used your tutorial to do that😉) but if push comes to shove then I shall try this method.

Hi Brian, Great video as always and nice tuto.but isn't it dangerous to erase a disk when you choose "Wipe Disk", it can erase on the wrong disk when you have several disks installed?

Yes, but you can omit the wipedisk section in the XML file and then you will be asked.

Great video for what I've needed for 10 + years, thank you so much, howerver,,, could you show me how to add such things as Google Chrome, Firefox, and have my website open up apon first install and opening of the browser. In addition i have the install for Microsoft Office and would like to include thos e in my ISO. And as always GREAT EDUCATIONAL Video.

Can this "Answer File Generator" disable telemetry and data collection? I noticed that on that only disables Out of box experiance to be prompted, but donno if it automatically ticks them off.

i have 2 ssds and the the first pationed into 2 , dont want to try when its going to turn c drive into 1 large partition and lose all the other data from drive 1 2nd partition

@@Britec09 awesome work sir, I have a very big network I'm working on and would like to highlight you in the network when it's finished. It might be a month or two but I could give you a sneak peak in advance and see if you have any insite. I'll email you the skinny version of the progress if you'd like to be involved no money just an okie dokie reciprocal shout out and acknowledgement would be nice. But I think I have maybe 3 to 5 high level advanced tech journalist right now and I think your up there with Peter Norton and John McAfee in their own vain if similar crafts...
