Thank you very very much for sharing this heavenly breathtaking music. In my humble opinion, this Ave Maria is probably one of Gounod's supreme masterpieces, and should be considered as one of the greatest vocal music of the Christianity.

This song is hauntingly beautiful as much as it is beautifully haunting. Maria Callas-the best soprano voice of all time, and this song is the best traditional interpretation of the Bach/Gounod version of “Ave Maria.” This music may be centuries old, but it is amazingly new and fresh in its ability to move us. The voice is not of Callas. The pictures are of her, but she never recorded Ave Maria (with the only exception of Verdi's because the one by Verdi comes from an opera) be it Bach-Gounod or Schubert.

Muchas gracias por darnos la oportunidad de escuchar esta bellísima interpretación realizada por Emma Muñoz de Soria. Hace tiempo que la escuché y casi me dio la impresión que era María Callas, pero notaba diferencia en la voz. La verdad, es impresionante la voz de Emma. He buscado información en Internet sobre Ella y su discografía, pero solo logré encontrar un disco titulado Concierto en los Cedros, con 5 temas más de muy baja calidad de grabación. Agradecería me facilitaran donde puedo encontrar información de su carrera musical. Muchas gracias.
