It's always better. When you mod something and make it better! 💪 The only small issue is, where you gonna put the Daly BMS? You're gonna have a long balance cable. 🤔 How about you make a new battery pack using hi Capacity like Samsung 50s and put it in the same battery frame of the Aventon. 🚲 Can you tell me what type of LG cell Aventon is used in this battery? Is that 21700 or 18650, And what is the BMS Amp rating? Thanks for your time and efforts.

They are using 39 cells 13S3P Lithium Ion LG INR 21700 M50LT. They are 4800mah. max discharge is 3C or 14.4A x Parallel around 40A. As you mentioned the Samsung 50S is the way to go since they are 5000mah 25A discharge. I am currently working on a 13S4P pack with that exact cells. I may make it 135P to make a 1.9Kwh pack.
