He managed to see through the VIP at first glance during the Zodiac exam (which was faster than Koji, who had to induce the whole process to confirm), saw through the intentions of the Old Maid game in Y1 V8, deduced that Koji was the X that Ryuen was looking for based on the difference of heat radiated from Koji when the latter gripped his arm + how Ryuen's entourage reacted to Koji, solved the level 10 FMA easily, predicted the Uninamous Vote Exam like 3 volumes before by asking protection if he wins the Uninhabited Island exam, and during it, he managed to get points whilst being hunted down by 3rd year groups. This doesn't sound like much but Koji who was being hunted down by less 1st year groups didn't manage to get his points (for going to the designated spot or smth like that). I'm no Koenji analyst but he has some impressive feats here and there.

I fully agree, Manabu is essentially the diamond standard, he is what Ayanokoji with proper emotions would be. He doesn't need to do any underhanded tactics to achieve his goals, unlike pretty much every other character in this series. He never has to deal with sacrificing his own ethics, code or morals to achieve anything, and even when put onto the backfoot, comes out well. He is essentially the best parts of all the class leaders, and thus the person everyone should aim to be.

With statements (debatable for this one) and narrative Manabu could be higher, but by feats, Nagumo outclasses kinda badly. Both are goats tho

Nagumos feats, though very effective, rely on the fact that he has the entire 3rd year working for him No matter how hard nagumo tried he wasn't able to fully beat Manabu Horikita and manabu had still won in the end while not pulling underhanded tactics like most of the class leaders do. The fact Manabu isnt on this list and Nagumo is so high is crazy
