Actually what people can bench press just once is very high relative to say what they could do even 3 reps of. You'd be surprised what you could bench just once if you haven't tried maxing out. I think I read 185 as the average for western adults for a one rep max and since he's 21 and prime of health and 225 being close to his max, that all comes out to only slightly above average.

For someone who looks so much like Romo, your combine results kinda match (Romo on left v You on right) 40yd = 5.01 v 4.92 Bench = N/A v 1 rep Broad Jump = 8'7" vs 8'10" Vertical Jump = 30" vs 28" Proof that NTE > Romo

I, along with most of the skill position kids in my high school were running 4.9’s as freshman at a small 3A. A 4.9 as a fit 21 year old is not average lol

Tony romo never did the combine, but was a thrower at it, and went undrafted. In fact at the combine he just threw passes to the actual people who were invited to the combine and didn't do any of the drills. He was considered, "not good enough." So him doing the combine "again," is not a true or false statement.

You don't have a 28in vertical, that thing at combine they do they first measure the wingspan and move it accordingly. That way its fair when a 6'5 guy jumps and a 5'10 guy jumps, the taller guy will reach higher with his hand but they both can have something like a 23in vert which that that thing adjusts to it

Seriously, with the exception of the bench press, those are all respectable results. If you came back to this after some training, you would seem some pretty good numbers for an "average" guy.

The bench press is really good for an average guy as well, average US male straight off the couch with no gym training will bench like 135-170 or so.
