This is an OCTAGON BEAST of a watch! Love the look! 150 metres ain’t too bad ! If they didn’t have the display caseback it would be the 200! I’m not bothered seeing an NH35?! We know they are good solid movements but to look at?;) love the show bud!!! The bezel though…… KURT WOULD NOT BE IMPRESSED !!!

Kurt Sanata needs to twist this bezel. He better lift some weights beforehand because the fidgetibility is not so easy. Thanks for the support to both you and Peter K.

Not trying to be a spec nazi, but the water resistance is 300m, not 150m. Just sayin :) Oh, btw LOVE your channel you MAD WATCH COLLECTOR and yours too Joe lol

Very nice watches, I do like the orange dial one but they're all pretty cool. However £315 sterling, £267 with the discount is a bit too much for a watch with an NH35A. £200 would be more in line. Excellent review as always!

I've seen $500 watches with NH 35 that are def too much but think this is very solid and well engineered and just about worth the money

@@Dave062YT - Just got a brand new Seiko SPRA27 with a 4R35 for $150. It's as nicely built as a Presage. Any company charging more than $300 for a watch with that movement is pushing it. Including Seiko.

Hey True 👋… I personally prefer an NH35,36 movement simply because it’s a Seiko movement and very reliable. The case shape is the star here for sure. Very cool! Thanks for watching bud! Your support and loyalty means a lot.

When I hear the name I’m reminded of the old beer commercial where the job interviewee calls the interviewer “Dumb Ass.” And the guys says, “It’s Du-MAS.” (His last name was Dumas) Ha! The logo on the crown is their double N logo, like you see on the rotor. I believe it’s based off the NN in Spinnaker. The color you have here is my favorite. The oversized, orange sword minute hand is awesome. I really like the straight line effect of the 23, 24, and 13 numbers on the 24 hour markers. Love the angular case design.

Have to say of the ones you showed I like the blue that you received from the spinsters, ha see what I did? Beautiful looking watch, love the orange pop on the minute hand and on chapter ring. Beautiful chamford edge on the case, finishing looks great! I think it’s supposed to be an “N” on the crown. Gold bar links, that’s a great way to describe that angular shape, and love the glitter that it provides as a result of the angles. Fatal flaw has to be the bezel! My Hunley was so tight, it took me half a dozen or more applications of silicone oil to get it to turn. This is now officially a problem with spinnaker watches, diff models, diff reviewers, a lot of issues with turning the bezel. That’s a real bummer because these watches are pricey. That’s too bad. Review top notch my friend.

Thank you Joe, I just got Spinnakers Elemental a couple weeks ago and feel it’s almost perfect. I would have appreciated a bigger crown… other than only that? 100% perfect…. Just had to say… my taste has actually changed because of that watch. Loving it.

Have to agree with you on the bezel mine is the same. On the plus side I'm glad they've changed the old mesh strap for a bracelet thats so much better not sure which of the new colours I prefer though they're all pretty cool.

@@AvgJoeWatchReviews the mesh strap is very heavy & great quality the problem with it is the keeper it doesn't stay put so you end up with a flappy tail that catches on everything.

Great review! I really really like this watch, and I Love the blue face and I absolutely love the oversized minute hand! However, the size scares me away. I'm not a bezel fidgeter (like kurt) so that doesn't bother me quite as much. That Fleuss is also a beautiful watch. I think i will do more research on it for my next purchase. It looks like a Mashup of an early skin diver and an Explorer with the numerals. Beautiful! Love the honesty brother!

This is a nice Spinnaker! I like the Fluess you have too. Good looking pieces! When I saw the Dumas in person at your house I tried the bezel and didn't find it too difficult to use. Good review my friend! I think I'm going to have to contact Spinnaker and see if I can check out one of their watches!

Love that bracelet looking like ingots of gold haha, I'm digging the finishing and design but yes I've had some watches experience that same issue with the bezel and case dimension making it hard to grip. Spinnaker is a brand I gotta reach out to, these seem like quality pieces! Great vid! 😎👍

I have the SeaSpray White on the mesh with the bad keeper...the bezel on mine is harder than other watches, but It seems better than the one you have.

I gave the Dumas a try, but soon regretted the purchase after the " mineral " bezel cracked and chipped in just days of wearing. Expensive repair for the price point of this watch. I agree, the bezel makes the Dumas design a fail.

I'm definitely liking this one, looks really tough and chunky. The design is really cool and I think it is pretty good value. Sapphire at the front only is perfectly fine. Really glad it's not a homage. All in all I'm impressed

I’m thinking of buying this one! Great review. I think this watch would be perfect for what it is, if the bezel were brush finished as well. But the logo on the crown, is the “NN” their logo.

The blue one is my no.1. I like that new Diamond tool, great idea ! I like that independent and fresh design - far away from any Submariner homage. The watch is a big chunk of SS and too big for me. As the head of the german chapter of the - world bezzeling federation - I must say.......it´s not for me! You did a great job Joe !

p.s Have to disagree,150m is plenty for diving .You'll never go anywhere near that deep and when tested to destruction [beyond the press youtube channel]most watches survive 3 times their rated depth ,Just sayin.

Hey bud! Appreciate your transparency with me and the fact you can be honest. I agree that most people would never reach these depths. I’m speaking more of the hardcore saturation divers that need more of a PADI Turtle or Seasmaster with a helium escape valve. But yeah, most people who buy divers never get any deeper than their bathtubs. 😂

This is true. I've been diving for 20 years and never went deeper than 100m. I use 4 Seiko's as backups and obviously they perform well. I took a Seiko 5 SRPD51K2, 100m water resistance to 40m, no issues , and impressively on a dive in Fetihye, Turkey, a few weeks ago ...a Heimdallr Monster to 80m with no problem!

I actually got the black version when it first came out. It is a very nice watch. I really like this bracelet, I need to see if the are going to sell it separately. Of these new versions, I like the beige and orange. Not a fan of the others. Really not interested in replacing my black version.

Maybe Spinnaker needs to send all their watches to Brandon to fix those bezel issues. 😂 I love these watches as you can tell. If they fixed these bezels they would have the best diver under 400 in my humble opinion.
