Another entertaining episode, thanks Dan and Christy! 😀 We do miss this kind of quality GA talking show in Europe... Josh and Chelsea are btw famous way behind the borders of the USA, even when they just did their first international GA trip. I've seen Josh face just recently been printed again on the full backside of a German pilots magazine for a Lightspeed advertisment.

Somehow comforting to know, as a new content creator, that even the top pro's have a hard time talking on camera and remembering to capture those on camera narrations to tell the story. And did he say 23 terabytes of footage! OMG!

Hey Dan and Christy! Loved the episode. I've been following Josh since probably 2017. I'm currently working with Christy (somewhat) I'm also an FO at Envoy. If she needs any other Envoy pilots for any content have her reach out. I'm a commuter so maybe I can help her with that component of airline life. Either way! I enjoyed the episode. Christy, a great example of 'day in the life' shots to take would be anything similar to DutchPilotGirl's content. She just uses a couple of cameras and some great editing to put together really compelling videos. Looking forward to seeing what you do.

Nice job with the bait Dan lol I forgot that Christy flew for Envoy. My house is under T356-466 between WEMAR and FFSSH, between Weimar and Schulenburg.I hear Envoy flights all the time on my scanner (I heard Josh's dad once lol). If you ever fly over Christy, wave. I also have an operating ADSB receiver. If I can find the time I'll upgrade that to an ADSB Exchange receiver.

Josh and Chelsea were a highlight when I met them in real life. Chelsea went out of her way to make sure I was welcome at the filming which I'm very appreciative of since I was jet lagged from travelling from overseas. Looking forward to the content she makes since she really knows her stuff when it comes to maintenance.

Actually, with Swayne's move, and Envoy already acknowledging the benefit of these videos for pilot recruiting, this is a natural fit. It will be great to have Christy fill this void.

I've got a couple of questions, mostly for Christy. 1. Why are you still using Wong? I understand 'name brand recognition', but you're married to someone else. That's got to be annoying. 2. I'm really happy to see that Envoy is backing you and allowing you to tell the story of being an airline pilot. With the loss of so many pilots because of the 65 rule, we need more pilots and I think this is an awesome way of promoting the career path. What I would really like to see, though, is something more like Lufthansa and some of the other European airlines that are actually paying for the flight training. I realize that model isn't very popular over here, but an ab initio program to refill the ranks of U.S. airlines pilot ranks would not be a bad thing. As to Josh and Chelsea, yeah, great teaser, I was expecting upcoming nuptials as well. Congrats to Chelsea on her channel, though. As to spending six months working on radial engines, I hope there was some video of that. That would be fun to see. Dan, one favor, don't do the FA for Envoy, seeing you in a dress does not bode well for viewership numbers! LOL
