I'm 51 sitting here today. One of my favorite favorite Tunes is Avicii's remix of hang with me or you can hang with me from Robyn. I think Avicii Tim was trying to change the world by showing us that human trafficking was a real thing. I also think the young man lost his life cuz he was trying to out human trafficking . with respect much love j.j

The Swedish house DJ and Stockholm-born star, one of the biggest DJs on the global club circuit, turned his attention to fighting child trafficking and made his debut as a director with a pair of disturbing videos. Avicci said he was hoping to use his music for a greater social cause. The song and video 'For a Better Day' and the the video for the song 'Pure Grinding' on his "Stories" album are both similarly violent, and features videos full of unsettling imagery as hooded traffickers go on a killing spree of adults in their way, including a politician portrayed by actor Krister Henriksson. Shame on you Nikki Swift for candy coating the truth..you should be highlighting his bravery and courage to stand up to those willing to traffic children. He did not commit suicide , He WAS suicided.

His music is so meaningful that it deserves to be appreciated long after his passing ❤ As a longtime fan I think there might be some truth to that child trafficking theory, but his family is still grieving and we should respect them instead of jumping to conclusions without any strong evidence (other than maybe the music video to his song "For A Better Day", which he directed himself). He died from overworking... aka "burnout." This is not a matter of personality (extrovert vs introvert). And with being a popular DJ, he toured and performed when most people should be sleeping/winding down... he was pressured to take on a lot of gigs/shows much the same way as Michael Jackson when he died. These people often turn to drugs/alcohol or in Michael Jackson's case propofol to cope with the exhaustion. I've even read that there are people who take IV fluids with a cocktail of vitamins like B vitamins to get over a night of partying and a hangover... to refresh themselves and return to normal functioning.

Victory, sometimes, quite ironically, snatches your meaning away. As a music producer myself who spent years learning the skill, oftentimes, it's a combination of extreme passion and also loneliness that fuels to work like 8-12 hours everyday. In fact, the passion distracts you from loneliness, and for years, you use the former as an antidote to the latter. I've been binging some videos such as this and I've never felt the overwhelming urge to weep in like, years. Klas put it perfectly in another video, when he said, how fame can be a burden. When you reach the end of the road, you start missing the road. The lonely use passion as their existential crutch. The journey is what keeps them going, and the finishing line quite paradoxically deprives them of this painkiller of some sort. You tell yourself the climb towards glory will be worth it in the end, shielding yourself from the truth. The truth that you venture forth from the edge, to climb out of pitch black, towards the faintest semblance of light. And at the summit of the mountain you’ve been climbing for so long, you feel a tug, the "burden" of the responsibility of having to find another mountain to climb. Amidst the fame, a bitter clarity dawns upon you, that it was peace you were seeking all along.

One of his best friends quoted that Avici were just where he wanted and he was enjoying life and just about to release his documentary. He was murdered guarantee

What an absolute legend. Without ever having watched this till now, I can guarantee that myself and many more of us live on with this attitude and will to change the world. We will do it! Do not waste your energy mourning - use it to make a change. I work in the music industry and although I never toured with A, I can 💯 relate to exactly his sentiments.

I am so sorry for your loss. It is very difficult to accept. My friend was really down one day when I was at home. She had a weird tone in her voice and I just knew. I ran over there. The door was unlocked and I found her on the floor. For years I thought; if I had come over more often; If I should have invited her over more. If....If....If....I am not over it, however I am no longer tramatized. 40 people die by suicide every 40 seconds. I miss you..........................................🙏
