Not sure if I can entirely agree, I can see from his point though, nobody wants a debbie downer when they're trying to make a positive mindset/streaming experience for thousands of others people But at the same time, it feels...connective? knowing that there are people out there who have gone through the same things as you do, but at the same time, you don't want to swing the mood of the entire streamer experience for a singular person who's cat dog's girlfriend uncle aunt elephant tiger knee died. There are other and better places of expressing your emotional turbulence and or demons that you're fighting with. In a sense, it could be seen as egotistical as you want the entire chat to care about your problems, in a way. Playing's devil's advocate here. It's not the streamer's responsibility to do so, and even though you might feel despair and the urge to share your troubled soul with your favorite streamer, you should also know that he or she has no obligation to pat you on the shoulder and offer comforting words.
