Tamil and Korean share a lot of similar words, many of the sentence formations and grammar is also kind of similar.. Some similar tamil words and their meanings: Naal - Day Naan - me Nee - you Ulla va - come inside Pul - grass Paampu (bam) - snake Vaa - come Amma - mother Appa - Father Aariro(ஆராரோ)Thalatu - Lullaby for baby (Similar to Aarirang song in Korean) Akkachi - elder sister (southern slang) Ammani - Calling a girl with respect (coimbatore slang) like ommoni in korean Aiyo - Aigu Sandai - Fight Yean - why Anni - sister in law Athae - that's it (or ) yes in tamil Thae or dhae is yes in korean I guess... Arivom - To know (similar to aaro in korean) Ingu - here, Ithu - This (in korean igu means this ) Aay - child (in olden tamil) Pun - sore /wound Kattayam - must do Manam - Mind (mauem) Pal - teeth (ippal) In tamil we cry like "appa" when got a wound or feel a pain Konjam konjam - a little (like joguem joguem in korean) Heo-Hwang-ok is the princess which came from Ayuta(Ayodhya/there was another place with same name in south India where Tamil would be the language),India and married Prince Suro of Gaya Kingdom. Allegedly, more than six million present-day Koreans, especially from Gimhae Kim, Gimhae Heo and Incheon Yi clans, trace their lineage to the legendary queen as the direct descendants of her 12 children with King Suro, She stated her given name as "Hwang-ok" ("Yellow Jade", 황옥, 黃玉) and her family name as "Heo" (허, or "Hurh" 許). She requested Suro to let two of the children bear her maiden surname. Legendary genealogical records trace the origins of the Gimhae Heo to these two children. The Gimhae Kims trace their origin to the other eight sons, and so does the Yi clan of Incheon. The remaining two children were daughters who were married respectively to a son of Talhae and a noble from Silla. The tombs believed to be that of Heo Hwang-ok and Suro are located in Gimhae, South Korea. A pagoda traditionally held to have been brought to Korea on her ship is located near her grave. The Samguk Yusa reports that the pagoda was erected on her ship in order to calm the god of the ocean and allow the ship to pass. @santhoshv3028 South langugaes don't come from Tamil! But from proto-Dravidian langugae which branched out and diversified for millenniums. Tamil is only one branch of proto-Dravidian.

Rafflesia flower was named after Thomas Stamford Raffles, a British governor who was ordered to govern Indonesia. Yes, Indonesia was part of Great Britain for a few years due to Napoleon War. Once the European war finished, British returned Indonesia to the Dutch and Raffles founded the modern Singapore.

@@arnolafrima7187 Nope. Indonesia was really under the British between 1811-1824. British snatched Java from Dutch, which at that time was represented by Daendels under French instruction. British and Dutch did not get along since their early time in Indonesia. They fought each other to dominate Molucca. They defamed each other in front of Sultans in Java (Banten and Mataram). Dutch got the upper hand in Indonesia since 1621. British snatched Indonesia when Dutch got problem during Napoleonic war. British even forcefully raid Yogyakarta Sultanate who didn't want to submit to British. During these years, Raflles made a lot of observation which lead the discovery of ruins of Borobudur Temple. All his observation would eventually made into a book, History of Java. When the war finished, British traded Indonesia with Singapore. Bengkulu became the last part of Indonesia being traded to Dutch.

A war is multiple battles. So, technically, it was a tiny war in comparison to what is usually heard in history books, but it was considered a war because of the multiple battles that took place in that Korean island.

For anyone wondering... I made a search on the Korean "fact" and firstly it wasn't a war as mentioned in another comment I saw. But, Korea also didn't really win, the United States of America lost almost nobody whereas the Koreans lost 200-400 people, and almost all of their equipment. Basically the Americans won the battle, but Koreans won the conflict by having the Americans leave in the end without whatever it is that the Americans wanted having been made.

The language is called 'Tamizh' . Its spoken in Indian State of Tamil Nadu in southern part of India. And Tamizh is one of the Oldest languages in Civilization. The princess name is 'Sembavalam' from proud Pandiya Kingdom. She is known as 'Heo Hwang-ok' or the first queen of Geumgwan Gayam province. Yes its the official language in tgese countries till date and in Thailand Bangkok the airport name is called as 'Suvarnabhumi' which is a straight tamizh word called as 'GoldenLand' and Thai in traditional Tamizh also called as Mother.. @@rahulj.005 sanskrit is dead langauge unfortunately but it is universal langaueg and language of God not humans since this epoch started it is dead it doesn't have proper script and grammar Tamil is diffrent it is oldest surviving language Many archeologists outside are loading fake facts as they re indianphobic They can't digest that it is indian They put rubbish Aryan theory blah But we have to agree that Summerian akkiadian are also oldest same tamil but tamil is oldest surviving langauge with it own script and Grammer oldest relic of tamil found which is equivalent or much older than Egyptian where Summerian akkadian , Greek re similar in way with some similar script with little changes but only Greek is there but remaining got exinct Only indian langaugae which is one of the national or official language in other countries like srilanka , malayasia , Singapore

@@rahulj.005 yes . But Sanskrit is derived language and not a stand alone language on its own. Tamizh is a stand alone language and not derived from anywhere. Hence the oldest.Sanskrit is beautiful language indeed. Almost all upanishad are in sanskrit.
