If you know how to use them with dream stratting, axes are pretty good. but in any non shield gamemode, a good sword player will beat a good axe player 90% of the time

If someone has low health like other 7 he has 5 axe better for damage just run move around give 1critical hit again run and same health swords are better for dps

my guy you played a guy who doesn't even know how to crit you can't use this as prove sword is better 💀sure in terms of raw damage per second its better but if he has a shield you're useless and if he knows how to distance himself he can evade your attacks and do more burst damage

in the case of a shield, use an axe to disable and then get right back to the sword. axes aren't useless, but when someone has their shield down swords are almost always better.
