They need to make all. If they make the tables, people will buy. I recomend start with nova edition, the first aaa, then next clasic with 1, 2 3° edition rules, óptimos.

Anyone know if there gonna plan to make more online map variations in the future, would love to see like pacific or ww1 1914 for example

I think it would be smart to do the Revised version, or the one we call A&A Spring 1942 First Edition. The reason why I say that, is because that is what is mostly being playing on TripleA platform, Revised or Global. That could pull those players over to the Beamdog version. I asked on Reddit and other media platforms once, why is the second most played version of A&As on TripleA is Revised and not something like Spring 1942 SE, like Beamdog version. I really do not know the appeal of the Spring 1942 First Edition over the Second Edition. SE is so much more evolved, more pieces, and better starting setup.

So far, so good. The update that everyone was moaning about on Steam for PC really works well for mobile. It will probably be my exclusive mode for playing A&A barring some game breaking bug popping up.

Axis & Allies Anniversary Edition with the opportunity to add some sneaky little (or not so little 😉) house rules??? COUNT ME IN!!! As an old Apple guy I will watch out for the 1942 second edition in the App Store. Some years ago I tried to make Steam run on my MacBook in order to play a decent Sub simulator, because there is none for the Apple platform. It didn't really work. Does anybody know whether Steam runs on MacBooks by now?

To add to my comment, that is assuming Revised and Spring 1942 First Edition is the same or very similar. Those two always get me confused.

I haven't played Revised in a while, but it has a pretty different setup. I only played 1942 The World at War once or twice. I'm not sure how that one works with this setup. Give it a try and let me know!

@@BoardGameNation I played a little recently of Revised and played it a bunch years ago. I thought that was the main ambassador of AA, since that is all I saw being played on TripleA and me playing a lot there. I did not realize Spring 1942 SE even existed until Beamdog version. There have been some many board game versions, I was really out of the loop. Honestly, after playing a lot of 1942SE, I can not go back to Revised. I just was curious of the appeal of Revised on TripleA. Most of the answers I got on that, was the Revised guys did not like 1942SE. They tried to explain the reasons but I never got the legitimatize of it.

Yeah, some people only play the original from 1984. People like what they like. I like all of them. I'm hoping that Hasbro continues to grow the game with new editions.

I think Axis and Allies 1941 with house rules would be a great idea because the 1941 version is broken in my opinion.

I wish these guys just released modding tools so that the community could take care of the rest for them and keep this game alive. Unfortunately it's abandoned at this point.

That might be down the road, but I don't think it is abandoned. They are still making regular updates and patches. It's not perfect for sure, but I'm fairly certain they are still working on it. Thanks for watching!

@@BoardGameNation There used to be an update monthly but the last update was in July. They have been completely silent about this game on social media. I'll believe this game isn't abandoned when these facts change.

I'd rather see a "Conquest of the Empire" PC game. It would be easy to adapt the current Axis and Allies engine, but don't know about the card system.
