Dave Grohl witnessed some idiot starting a fight at what was a free show, so he told him to fuck off. Axl is always cancelling/delaying shows and kicking out fans for really stupid reasons (such as someone wearing a Slash T-shirt). Dave is also far more likeable and with better songs.

He flew them to the next place via private jet. He hired dizzy reed because dizzy was broke, he was going to lose his home. He bought the entire lineup of buck cherry iPads just as a thanks for being on the tour. A waitress at a restaurant was given a racist note , axl heard of it and invited her and her family to an AC/DC show while he was filling in for Brian Johnson.
