I think I was about thirteen years old, I was running in PE, when I fell and twisted my ankle. I went to sit down for a second. It didn’t even hurt that bad. My teacher walked up to me and I asked it if I was ok. I thought that this was the perfect opportunity to take the day of in PE. I told it it hurt really bad, then he gave me ice and told me to go to the nurse. I told him I “couldn’t walk because it hurt” and I had my friend walk me there. Keep in mind, I was in no pain at all. I sat down, and long story short the nurse looked at it and said if it hurt as bad as I was saying then it was sprained. I was out of PE and didn’t run for three months. I wore and ankle brace everyday and no one ever suspected it (my parents never saw it because I wouldn’t put it in till I was in the bus) and what was supposed to be a day off from PE, let to an entire three month long lie. The end

I’m going to tell tho secret here because I literally cannot tell anyone else. I’m now in year 12 and I still have to lie to everyone that I’m colour blind because of a stupid decision I made in year 8 and I can’t tell anyone because I’m definitely afraid no one will ever trust me again , I am so ashamed.
