Thank you so much for your videos. Can you make sure the amount of each installment payment will be the exaact percentage of the original price of the apartment, no matter what the exchange rate of the dollar versus Birr is? For example the full price an apartment unit is 15,000,000 Ethiopian Birr today and the installment payment is 10% of the full price which is 1,500,000 each payment cycle for the next ten payment periods. My question is are you 100% sure this periodic payment will never change no matter what the exchange rate of Dollar versus Birr is? For example Ethiopian government might change today's 56 Birr/ $1 to 112 Birr/$1. Because if the real estate company follows the bank's exchange rate the apartment's current price will jump from 15,000,000 birr to 30,000,000 birr that means each payments will rise up by 100%. So I'm asking you to make sure with the real estate companies to give a written promissory note which states that each periodic payments will never change and it'll be one and the same.
