Chenderiang is a small town in Perak, it is located between Tapah and Temoh, 5km from the main road entrance.
The “Chenderiang” name was origin from Cantik and 靓 (liang) which both mean beautiful in Malay and Chinese.
There is a century-old Chinese temple known as Shui Yue Gong Temple (水月宮) which was established in 1892.
Shot in January 2023. Color graded to own taste using a Film Emulation powergrade as base. Added grain.

Love your documentary style film. Makes me want to visit every location you film. By the way some people just prefer queuing in aircon mall and shopping centers. Too much greenery frightens them. 😄

Good point! Urban folks has mosquito and sun burn phobia. Only the mighty full air conditioned malls with westernized coffee and foreign food can save their soul Please come and visit all those places and witness it yourself, you'll be amazed!

据上一輩人說還有一個民間故事當時有條千年蛇精在山裡修行所以天氣都特別冷每當中午時分媽媽們還會叫小孩子們回家多披上衣服防冷直到有天突然翻風雨有人看見像有條龍飛進雲裡而從那起天氣也不再那麼冷了所以就流傳著那蛇精已修行成龍飛走了 …. 不曉得你們有沒有聽過這傳說 ☺️😳

When I was very young then, I visit my grandparents every weekend n school holidays. The very old lady told me she used to the "dragon" flying out from the mountain in the late evening occasionally. This had puzzled me for decades. One day, I realized that she was right. She could have seen the long mass of flight of bats or swallows that come out from caves in the mountain to catch their evening insects. The long black mass of these swaying line in the sky definitely will look like a dragon in the sky. Cheers.

呢個地方乃我嘅回鄉釣魚場所之一，附近一帶嘅湖泊真適合消磨時間。而且積莪營嘅山榴槤味道幾四正，榴槤季時可系街場見到果販賣榴槤。由於近山嘅關係，入夜後會有野豬出嚟覓食而且附近嘅牛主任由牛只溜達，駕駛時要閃牛地雷

@@doudouLove_1.30 我祖家係打巴人，已隨父母到吉隆坡生活積莪營由於群山圍繞，所以夜晚有時幾凍下。我每次回鄉到積莪營只為釣魚而已。之前到附近一間馬來人開嘅釣魚池有養紅面鴨，即刻幫佢買幾粒鴨蛋後到街場嘅炒河粉檔要求老闆炒一碟鴨蛋河。吃完一個字正，之後又返去掃十粒收住間中整半熟鴨蛋做早餐山榴槤係原生種榴槤，一般果實較細且肉薄但隨著生長土地及品種而滋味多樣化。亦有大粒種山榴槤，記得以前老竇響金馬侖山腳買到似菠蘿蜜般長嘅榴槤。以前該處還有一棵石榴槤樹極致巴閉，俾錢後拎牌仔等榴槤跌。過後棵榴槤樹因土地開發而被砍，依家有人用那棵石榴槤嘅果實種子在別處栽種。舊年聖誕節回鄉時因未到果熟期而無緣目前嘅榴槤是將一部分具潛力嘅野榴槤挑選培育而成，好處在於果肉較多味道較統一

@@10cFILM 由於近年榴槤市場大增，所以亦增加了不少中介商嚟打巴收購金馬侖、積莪營等地嘅榴槤（山榴槤及名種榴槤，由於各種因素部分榴槤果農開始系打巴及積莪營一帶種植名種榴槤。其中以貓山王為主流）介紹你到打巴上金馬侖舊路，右邊有一排商店。內有有一間收榴槤嘅店（tce tackles 釣具店最右邊），可以向員工徵求能否從未滿一簍嘅散榴槤堆裡挑選山榴槤嘅滋味多變，有些同一瓣但每粒果肉嘅味道有變化

Hi greetings! Thanks for the comment. Just to clarify, first of all, my channel is pure Cantonese speaking, so the audiences are mostly looking for Chinese food, eventhough my videos seldom/ or not emphasize on food. It's just a by product of a place. 2nd, we have limited time for shooting, hence I need to prioritize what to cover in the video. 3rd, there are some halal roadside stalls did feature in the chenderiang video, so there is non issue that I don't want to cover halal eating shops. Hope this is clear, thanks again!

霹靂州，從吉隆坡出發取道南北大道一小時半至兩小時（視車速及交通狀況而定）至打巴出口後朝金寶/怡保方向，經過Petron油站及馬來村後能見到一座小橋，過橋後轉入右邊路口即可

呢度其實距離霹靂州打巴只係12公里，打巴舊路北上大約7公里，右手旁有個入口，再跟住條大路行多5公里就會到達。近打巴都有另一個入口，我就唔建議行果度，路比較細又彎，仲有幾個墳場添。除非妳喜好探險🤭，不然就唔好行果條路。 Waze 打入chenderiang 就可以搵到，吉隆坡出發大約2小時，飛車既話會快到d

@@10cFILM 果條細路雖然多彎夾照明欠佳，不過由於接近消防局出口左邊路口可過橋就直達打巴-金馬崙路，所以成咗我避開車龍嘅捷徑
