三人份量 - For three people
雞腿肉（去骨）6塊 - 6 chicken thighs
蒜蓉1茶匙 - 1tsp of minced garlic
香葉1塊 - 1 bay leaf
煙肉4條切片 - 4 rashes of bacon
洋蔥半個切粒 - half an onion
蕃茜約50克 - 50g of parsley
胡蘿蔔1條 - 1 carrot
馬鈴薯1個 - 1 potato
蘑菇7個 - 7 white cap mushroom
雞湯2杯 - 2 cups of chicken stock
白酒1/4杯 - 1/4cup of white wine
雙份忌廉100毫升
麝香草1茶匙 - 1tsp of dried thyme
