ingredients:-
5 no potato
5 tsp corn flour/ararot
salt to taste
1 tsp cumin seeds
1/2 cup chana dal
1 tsp oil
1 tsp chop ginger
1 tsp chop green chilli
1/2 tsp turmeric powder
1/2 tsp degi mirch powder
1/2 tsp coriander powder
1/2 tsp kasoori methi
1/2 tsp dry mango powder
2 spoon rice flour
.100 ml curd
.50 ml mint chutney
saunth chutney
roasted cumin powder
