When you fly the 747, pls fly the freighter version one time, fully loaded. Much more interesting then the (non existing anymore) passengers version. Miss the freighter version from PDMG as in FSX

Yes, there should be fuel in the Res Tanks to relieve wing flex stress. It is automatically transferred to Main 1 and 4 respectively towards the end of the flight when their capacity allows it.

Great video! Just an FYI you can set weights and balances through the FMC. Menu/Settings/Weight+Balance. It's way better than the weight and balance in MSFS

Great and very helpful. Some things I have done that might be helpful. I mapped a spare slider (closest switch to you as you look at it) on my Logitech Extreme 3D Pro to act as noise wheel steering. On takeoff at 80 knots I come off the slider and use my foot rudder pedals to control the plane. Keystroke Cont 4 gives me a better view of the FMC but I have to hold my fingers on the keyboard. If you use the simulator taskbar, then go to camera, then instruments you can bring up the FMC and not have to hold the keys down. Using the mouse wheel you can move up and down the overhead panel. I have given up on the stock MSFS 747 and Salty 747, can never get correct inputs. Waiting for the PMDG 747 for MSFS.

Howdy! Can you tell me how you got your lnav to work mine isn’t functioning. The navigation between the takeoff runway and first Star/Sid isn’t connecting on the Map and I also followed everything on the checklist

Since the update I am having big issues with up elevation on the 747? It isn´t responding correct? The controlls are working and everything is moving but I do not get anoth lift? On Takeoff even when I pull full back at V2 Nose will not come up, it takes around 20kts more then calculatet. At landing and approch the same, at around 200feet above ground no up respond even whn pulling full back?

Nicely done! But I really miss the PMDG 747-8 and 777..... Such quality. Hope they get them done quickly for MSFS.

Hey NG Driver, I have a big problem for long haul flights, I did EDDF KMIA this night and at the descent, maybe at FL200, I lost power of engines 2 and 3, EGT was at -53 degrees celcius, I don't understand, Outside temp was at 6 degrees celcius. The other flight was FIMP OMDB and at the same alt maybe I lost engines 1 and 2, and on final I lost all engines, it was the same problem. Has this ever happened to you ? Thanks !

Hey man! So do you use the Salty 747 or the default. And does the AAU update on its own or do you need to manually update it because I did not see any update screen
