500 gr Samcan
2 buah bunga lawang
2 siung bawang putih geprek
2 iris jahe
Bumbu rendaman samcan:
1 sdm Kecap asin
1 sdm Gula merah
1 sdm arak masak
1 sdm Saus tiram
1/2 sdt Lada
Tumisan hamchoi
180 gr Hamchoi kering, rendam 6 jam, cuci bersih, peras airnya
5 buah Jamur hioku/shiitake
2 sdm Kecap asin
2 sdm Saus tiram
1.5 sdm Gula merah
1/4 sdt Bubuk ngohiong
8 buah Bawang merah
5 buah Bawang putih
1 sdm Arak masak
1/2 sdt Lada
3 sdm Minyak sayur
150 ml Air

Ingredients
Boiled pork belly:
500 grams pork belly
2 star anise
2 cloves crushed garlic
2 slices of ginger
Marinate:
1 tbsp soy sauce
1 tbsp brown sugar
1 tbsp chinese rice wine
1 tbsp oyster sauce
1/2 tsp ground white pepper
Stir fried preserved mustard greens:
180 grams preserved mustard greens, soak for 6 hours, wash multiple times, drain
5 pcs shiitake mushrooms
2 tbsp soy sauce
2 tbsp oyster sauce
1.5 tbsp brown sugar
1/4 tsp five spices powder
8 cloves sliced shallots
5 cloves chopped garlic
1 tbsp cooking rice wine
1/2 tsp ground white pepper
3 tbsp vegetable oil
150 ml water
