Can we just appreciate the fact that Din fully embraced the father role in Season 2? Especially in the way he talks to Grogu this season: "Come on. Naptime." "Don't play with your food." "Be respectful and mind your manners." "This (the ball) stays on the ship." "Good job, kid! I knew you could do it!" "When the nice lady said you had training..." I just love it so much! ❤❤❤

I think it's cute how Mando knows when Grogu is in trouble. He's deciphered all his little coos and stuff.

Fave Grogu moment? When he touched Din's helmet, wanting to see his face, then he did.

After he learns his name you can really see how much he has grown into a fatherly role. A few times he would just look at Grogu and say his name and watch him respond and just laugh. He was a parent to him before that but he really thought of him as his. Removing his helmet for Grogu to see his face and while there were others around him when he did it was showing us that he really did mean more to him than anything else. Also with his helmet off in front of friends and enemies he was crying as he watched Grogu leave and he didn’t care at all that he is being seen let alone seen crying.

It’s cute when Mando calls the kid Grogu, each time the baby looks at him and we know Mando is laughing.

I love the way he climbs into his seat.

I didn’t see anything better this year than the Mandalorian. Baby Yoda steals every scene.
