I wish everyone will see this comment,so I tried looking for this video for a friend because I did this that beautiful Tuesday morning, afterwards I went strolling for about 40 mins, coming back I had that cramps all through the day,not knowing I was in Labor😮😮 after much plea from hubby we went to hospital by 8pm.Surprisingly, I was already 8 cm dilated without knowing 😮😮😮😮,like it was just so easy,gave birth few minutes after arriving the hospital.I was active all through my pregnancy though but I think this video helped alot

I never comment on anything, but I have to. I did this exercise in its entirety ONCE at 37 weeks 5 days pregnant during the evening. I went into labor naturally @ 38 weeks exactly already 4.5 cm dilated and 90% effaced. I believe this video helped jumpstart my labor. I was scheduled for an induction and my baby came 9 days before that date on his own!

Hello! Just want to check in here and say these exercises do work for me! I started these exercises when I was 37+4, and my water break at home when I was 37+6, went to hospital within an hour of water breaking, and was already 9cm dilated, pushed for 48 mins and baby is out healthy! ❤ Good luck to all the mamas - to - be!

I did this exercise twice one day and twice the next day at 38 weeks. Water broke at midnight and had my baby 3.5 hours later. I think this really helped speed things along. Holding my baby as I type this 👩🍼

Ok i have come with my own testimony. Two days ago, i was 40wks and 3 days gone. I wanted to kick start labor and I felt on this video which had about 96% positive reviews and gave it a try. I did two sets of the exercise for about 12 mins. I got tired and decided to engage myself in other activities. One hour after i went to the bathroom and had a show , then mild contractions started which got intensed 12hrs after which was at about 2 am the next day. And 6hours later my baby girl was born with ease. Less i forget it was a trail of scar. A big thanks to the instructors.

A part of me didn’t think this would work and another part of me was scared that it would 😂.. to be honest I wasn’t sure if I was really ready to give birth… I followed this video twice on 8/11 @ 8:30pm . 5 hours later I woke up to a strong contractions but figured it was because I needed to pee . Went back to sleep and had another contraction 15 min later.. 10 min later my contractions were full blown .. because this was my third baby my doctor recommended I did not labor at home . @4:30 AM I arrived to the hospital by 5:20am I was checked into labor and delivery. Nurse checked me and my bag was bulging 5:50 my water broke , and delivered my baby girl at 6:07AM with no medication! I was beyond shocked and proud I had no clue things would be so smooth and fast. P.S I was 38w4days

Ladies, you’re not alone if you do this workout and you don’t go until labor. I started doing this workout at 39w5d in hopes it would happen and was disappointed over the course of the next week when I still didn’t have my baby. It feels like I’m doing everything but still pregnant at 40w6d. I have to remind myself that my body is still progressing towards our time to meet my baby and everything we do is not in vain.

Well I can definitely say that this exercise worked for me. I was 41 weeks exactly and I only used this exercise once during the day on August 14, 2019 and the very next morning at 6 I was in full on labor and my son was born that same afternoon at 4pm. I'm 39 weeks 4 days pregnant today. First baby by c-section. Hoping for a vbac. Not all doctors in India support vbac. My doc said she would wait until dec 21st, else to go with c-sec on Dec 22nd. Did this exercise twice today. Will do twice or thrice or as much as possible tomorrow.. hoping to get a successful vbac. Update 1: i started doing this exercise just yesterday. (20.12.22) lost my mucus plug today morning. Did this exercise twice this today 🤞 Update 2: As I was typing this on 21.12.22, 3:12 am, my water broke. Contractions hasn't started yet. Final update: Delivered a healthy baby girl on 21.12.22, 11:55 pm - successful vbac ☺️

It worked for me! I did it on a Sunday afternoon and I repeated at night around 10pm. I laughed big time with the squats because I couldn’t go up by myself and ended up calling my husband to help me stand up. Next day Monday at 12:45pm less than 24 hours after contractions started for the whole day and night. I had my baby Tuesday at 1:58pm a day before my due date. Prayer🙏 and this exercises helped me!

Hi. This is best video you got in youtube for activating labour. I started this sequence at 37 week for 1 time a day. After 38 week started 2 times a day with 20 minutes walking morning as well evening. My mucus plug was lost before 39 week and very same day my doctor said you were 1 to 2 cm dilated. Next day my labour started in night at 10.30 pm with low pain. I though it was false labour so I waited couple of hour. At 2.00 pm pain become intense and 5 minutes apart. We left for hospital. We reached hospital at 3.15 am and our beautiful daughter arrived at 3.56 am within 1 h. It was shortest delivery. I did not get epidural as baby started crowing. I can say because of this excersize video my delivery time is Short. I highly recommend this video but surely start after you are full term

did this once in the morning and once in the evening in my 39th week. i was able to start my labor at 11PM of 11/24 after doing this around 7PM. was able to give birth at 9PM of 11/25 with lesser labor pain than i expected. came back to this vid just to say this really works!! thank you.

4 years ago I watched this video at 40 weeks pregnant with my first child and it worked, I went into labour in the morning after doing this workout at night. Now I am expecting my second child 40 weeks pregnant. Doing it again. ❤️

Hi guys it worked both time in both pregnancies. I am pregnant again 5 months and will be due in December still going to go for these tips. Also raspberry leaf tea helped in third trimester I don’t like warm fruity teas so I let it cool down and drink it like it’s just a normal drink really helped! Also 7 dates a day third trimester but I know not everyone likes them

So I did this for about two week along with another workout once to twice everyday. I was desperate and started doing it at 39W i went past my due date and at 40 W and 4 d. I went into labor. I was scheduled for induction at 41 Weeks but thankfully didnt need it. Ladies, when I tell you it was the most beautiful labor and delivery experience. I started getting contraction at 3am on December 3rd and at 2:57pm I held my babygirl in my arms after only 4 pushes!! The doctor and nurses were shocked at how smoothe and fast everthing went. This was my second baby and she was 9.4 oz so to push in 4 tries was amazing. This workout was so worth it!!

It really works!!! Did a few work outs Sunday around 10pm. Water broke Monday 9:53am. I delivered my son at 6:18 pm on Monday. I was one day from being 38weeks. He was healthy no complications.

39 weeks with my third baby, my first baby boy after two beautiful girls. I followed this video with my second baby starting at about 38 weeks and I had her at 39+3. I'm back and following the video again in hopes to help get labor started one last time❤

I'm pregnant with my second and am now coming back to this workout after it was successful with my first pregnancy! I did this workout twice in one day at 39 weeks. Water broke 12H later, and I pushed for only about 20-30 mins, no complications.

Well ladies it worked for me. Did this yesterday at 2pm, 38 weeks 6 days pregnant. Woke up at 4am with contractions. Baby was born at 12:58pm! Less than 22 hrs!! I born exactly at 39 weeks! After this work out I also went on a walk and did the “curb walk” If your nearing your due date or are over due I would highly recommend!

Now it’s my turn,today been 16th April 2022,my baby girl arrived ,labour and delivery took 10hours,and I must say all Greatest thanks to God almighty and to this amazing video that helped me dilate so fast as a 1st time mom,went in there and dropped baby girl like the queen that i am. It works,started on the 13th and hard my baby on the 16th of April.

So grateful for this video!!! Here to say, I did exactly one run through of the video, just copied what they did, went on a brief walk after and this was all around 5:30pm Wednesday 6/17. My water broke at 4:30am on Thursday 6/18, contractions started around 5am and I was holding my baby at 7:09am. Fastest labor ever but this is also my 4th labor and birth and I was 40 weeks and 6 days pregnant. Definitely give this a try if you’re trying to get labor started. Also this was probably the most exercise I did for my whole pregnancy 🤣

Hi there! Came back after i saw this video when i was 3days before my due date. I tried this in the afternoon and on the next morning around 6am my water broke. Went to the hospital and i was already 4cm the progression was pretty good and i had a wonderful smooth normal (without epidural) delivery!! This is amazing! Thanks for this video!! ♥️

I was looking for natural ways to induce labor when i stumbled upon this video. The positive comments and testimonies made me do it with little hope that it will really work but then viola, after doing this for 3 consecutive days, i went into labor on the 4th day. This really helped me shorten my labor. From 1cm dilated to 10cm dilated in 6 hours. Im a first time mom and started doing this at 37 2/7 weeks. Thank you so much ♥️

I did this last night and woke up to what I THINK is pre labor contractions. Its been 5 hours since I woke up and they are coming every 30 minutes or so lasting 40 to 65 seconds. I just did this workout for the 2nd time right now, hoping that helps move them closer together. (39 weeks) Update: after doing this workout a 2nd time at 39 w 1d i went into labor the same night!! My daughter was born this morning at 8:37am. 2 hour delivery. ❤❤

This is the real deal. I did this workout at 10pm, 2am and 9am. My water broke at 930am and I had my baby in my arms later in the afternoon. I also recommend doing the squats for 3mins at a time after doing the 7 mins. I was 39.6 weeks

It's very amazing and effective yoga excercise...my due was near I was in 39 week worrying about labour pain ..I did this excercise daily 2-3 times and within 2 day I got labour pain and delivered baby girl in 39 week.....by this excercise my labour pain was manageable during delivery time...... So this really works. I'm 38.5 weeks pregnant and was supposed to get induced but I wanted to try to take matters into my own hands. I started these excercises yesterday and did two sets morning and night. Started contractions that night. Water broke at noon today. And I'm at the hospital as I'm typing this. Good luck mommas!!

I was skeptical about this video actually helping activate labor, but I was willing to try anything. I was scheduled for an induction on 9/2 @3pm. I desperately did not want to go through an induction, so this is what i did. 1) I PRAYED that I would go into labor before the induction 2 I did the exercises in this video at 445am on 9/1 3) Took a nice long walk later on 9/1 4) Went into Labor around 7ish on 9/1 5) Baby came on 9/2 before induction time!!! You decide what works. So grateful!

I’m in the same predicament. My doctor wants to induce me at 39 weeks (currently 37 weeks) I do not want to induce but the doctor isn’t listening. Monday I turn 38 weeks I believe I’ll try it then. Wish me luck !

I did this and went into labour 4 days later at 39 weeks. May be a coincidence but I would like to think it helped, as I saw my consultant a week prior who said her head wasn't engaged or low enough, estimating it would be another 2 weeks before anything happened. For all those wanting to do it, it doesn't hurt to try. All the best!

I had to come back to comment. I did this working Monday - Wednesday and then Wednesday night my water broke. I had the easiest labor and delivery. I really believe this video helped a lot! I only had to push two times and she came out and no tearing.

Been doing these exercises plus going down and up the stairs for nearly a week and gave birth at 39+2. Labour was quick there was no time for midwives to hook me up. Daughter arrived 10minutes after arriving at hospital. These exercises work.💕💕💕

Was 40 weeks and 5 days pregnant. I had tried this work out the previous week with no result. I was so determined to get this baby out so I did this exercise at 40 + 5 days, three times! Mild period pain started on the same day shortly after but nothing progressive. To my surprise, I woke up the next day to frequent and intense contractions. After just under 12 hours of a VERY intense labour, I gave birth at 41 weeks to my second child.

I did this for my first and only pregnancy at 39 weeks and 2 days and then again at 39 weeks and 3 days. I went into labor at 11pm on 39 weeks and 4 days and she came out on day five! I didn’t think it would work but I knew she was full term and it was safe and it definitely did something!

Did this workout at my 39 weeks, in no time my body started to feel different. Went in labor same night following day of exercise. Got to the hospital at 7-8cm dilated and in few mins time I was ar 10cm. Labor and delivery went super fast. This really helps.
