Any video where Jay trains is inspiring to me but, of course, the ones at the Mecca are always more special, if only for the special aura they exude. The respect others have for Jay is always fascinating, almost as if all of us who love him feel this respect vicariously. But Jay, one thing I hope you'll never change is your total lack of ego. I know you want to give yourself a new goal for your 51st birthday and gain a little more mass. But seeing you train lighter while complimenting women who lift more than you (this is the second time I've heard you do it) is what enchants me the most about you. For me, the Jay Cutler Way isn't about how much weight you lift, or how big you get. No Sir. it's training without ego, just for the pleasure of it. The Jay Cutler Way, for me, is letting your four Mr. Olympia titles (and your famous comeback) speak for themselves. Like a big halo of light that envelops you, no matter where you go.

Loved the magazines with Jay on the cover with muscle and fitness. Training 4 day split with zone 2, 3 or 4 days a week and vo2max once a week. Will never be as big as you big guys but love the gym and feeling just as much. Thanks for the inspiration and motivation over the years. 5 years older than Jay but still one of my heroes of bodybuilding. ❤
