Very helpful, sir please give some imaging points and case discussion on failed back surgeries

I am having enhancing tissue and adhesions pressing the nerve .. 4 weeks pos op and the pain is the same .. can these adhesions go away with time?

I hope my surgeon have taken the time to explain to me like you did here. I'm now at 25 day after l4/l5 Laminectomy and teo days ago O started to feel the exact same type of pain that I had before the surgery which is kind of squeezing pressure down my back and buttocks! Is that normal to feel the same pain after one month?
