I think Crosshair somehow saves Rampart and it makes Rampart believe that Crosshair did live more than just for himself and this will turn a light bulb on in Rampart's head and start working with Omega in the Path to save children with force sensibility

7:11 Yeah, when the assassin perfectly shoots the back thruster on the ship as their escaping. The way he so smoothly tracks the ship with no shakiness and shoots it in under 5 seconds just made me think that this doesn't seem like something a normal clone (even though enhanced from both their suit and tantiss experiments) would just do.

Cross hair was possibly brainwashed while on that machine and they’ll activate him in the Finale .. I don’t think he ever took out that inhibitor chip.

I think the conversation was just as simple as some (maybe final?) dialogue regarding crosshairs loyalty before the final battle, showing that even back in tantis his loyalty isn’t going to waiver

I'm not sure. The animated shows pull alot of views and cost so much less than live action. The clones are one group that most fans love, I feel like this show could be setting up a spin-off show with Captain Rex and his clone underground. My theory is most of the bad batch will give their lives to save Omega. Omega will survive and take the children to Ventress (hopefully setting up a 2nd spin-off show) and the hidden path. While the only surviving BB member... Wrecker, joins Rex and we get a show of the clones forming their own hidden path. It would add some real heart to a new show, watching Wrecker struggle on without his brothers.

@cheeseknees9606 I would think Wrecker would die and Hunter while Crosshair and Echo join Rex because they can't have 2 leaders and Wrecker would be perfect for a kamikaze to escape while Echo would need to stay alive so they wouldn't need a droid for a spinoff and Crosshair after all the trauma and being the "traitor" being the last real 99 trupper to stay alive

@ehrlichgesagt863 echo survives... the last domino will not fall yet. I feel, maybe crosshair gives his life saving Rampant, inspiring Rampant to help save the children. Hunter dies for Omega who goes on to hide with, and help The Path. If we are going to get a continuation of the clones story, then I feel watching Wrecker have to adapt to the loss of his brothers would be alot more painful than Crosshair in the same situation.

I have hopes trying not to theorize about it because they are usually wrong. But I do really want Tech to return and be well and I don't want them to perish.

I think: Omega and Emery make it with help from Phee and let's not discount Rex & Wolff...The zillo beast is set loose and destroys Tantiss while Hunter, Wrecker and Crosshair are inside with Rampart in tow, to find Omega. If Echo survives to escape with Omega, I wouldn't be surprised. Nobody comes out alive after Phee's flies out...Rex could help Emery and Omega disappear safely...just sayin

I do not trust Crosshair. He only left the Empire because they did not value him, not because they were committing horrible acts. If they had let him feel, "superior," he would have continued committing any war crime they asked if him.

CX (cross) 2 CROSSHAIR 2 It is a clone of crosshair using tech's body. What better way to clone a special clone than the corpse or dying brother of him? they were modified clones with special traits, who is to say they didnt bring tech back from the brink and turn him into a new and improved crosshair, taking his abilities (aim etc) and modifying tech to have them instead, giving him a second life and ruining crosshairs, that is why it was so personal
