31:07 Yes!! I was told to list the same listing with another title . I was also told to put 20 as the number of products in a listing even if I only have 5! I did that and got into lots of trouble !! I ran out of product and my listing said I still had 15. I went back to my original listing

Thanks guys, you give great advice. Have a question, another KZfaq person who shall remain nameless (LOL) stated that you have to buy all the items you list for mockups and videos because the potential customers respond to this. The only problem is that I’m poor and can’t afford to buy every single item every time I list it. Sorry, my mortgage payment comes first. How do you feel about this and is finding great mockups on placeit and other sites (as long as it matches the exact item your listing) good enough?

Just seen this now a couple months after you posted it but yeah, I’ve heard of reposting the same ad over and over with a different title and I think the theory of the time was strictly what title works watch which ad actually sold the product if he did, and then look at your keyword, change them up for each ad that type of thing. at the time I saw this it said just make sure you have enough stock to be able to deliver. OK well, I didn’t think it was a great idea. I tried it on a couple different things then I stopped it.

@brandcreators - If I do this, I will be going from having hundreds and hundreds of niches ( spagetti at the wall approach) to to just one seems an almighty leap of faith - is there value in scaling down to a handful of niches at first, and seeing which one takes off? I'm a best seller, BUT, I changed up my shop to do one Niche. ( My store got reviewed and he stated my store was a kind of a mess ) So I cut around 100 products. I will say etsy ads doesn’t work for digital patterns. My ads were getting shown to people who neither know how to crochet or are interested in it.

39:43 this is horrific advice. It is definitely against TOS for a POD store as well since a POD partner is only supposed to be used with original designs designed by the shop owners or their staff.

Can you (or have you) gone over how to figure out why two different shops with the same products where it all looks the same, one way out performs the other...I've used Everbee to analyze two shops and can't see why one is so much more successful.

@@brandcreators Been following you guys for a long while since fba videos. You guys are incredibly consistent with the free value. Just starting to get into Etsy. That’s just the type of ppl KZfaq is now. Aka “tiktok brain” Personally I like your videos playing in the background like a podcast when I commute. But to serve someone who’s just getting started I do agree that the videos could be more concise. when I’m looking for an answer I lean towards videos that are under 10 minutes.

@@YuStunna thanks for the comment and feedback and being a listener. We post 2 and soon to be 3 videos per week that are more of the short form content. These are straight to the point and usually teach a specific thing or answer a question. But, we also do 1 weekly LIVESTREAM to be longer so people can also ask questions and we are not restricted to 10 minutes :-) I've l;earned over the years that you can;t make everyone happy, but you can try :-)

@@YuStunnaI agree, I’ve heard of the top 1% who succeed and go through a training (in this case this is how I see this video) and go through it from beginning to end. And the others just either start it or don’t end it, that is how I see the comment from this person’s point. I honestly just started following this channel and everything he said (from the beginning) I found it to be very interesting 😊

@brandCreators - I need to make money NOW and continue with a successful long term success (evergreen) before I lose my house. I have 2 months before I will have no other choice than to sell my house (or something worse). I'm desperate but also want a long term success.

Sorry to hear that. Unless you happen to hit a product that makes people go crazy, you will not make enough money on Etsy at first to cover the monthly cost of Printify, Canva, etc. You would be better doing something else, like becoming an online notary public. Or a Door Dash diver. Etsy is not a way to make quick money.
