This episode was originally posted in November 2011, and was the final episode of Season 3, excluding the Christmas special of Little Fockers. This is a re-edited version that runs 2m 46s shorter than the original, with the following changes: - Upscaled to 720p HD - Noise reduction to on-camera footage/narration to remove miniDV tape and camera noise throughout, and audio has generally been improved (as best as possible given the limitations). - Film clips have been cut down, as per usual. - Although this episode would never have been eligible for full monetization anyway because of the sheer quantity of violence, there has been some edits to reduce the intensity across the review, including removal of the graphic shots and inserts, frames cut from the beginning of entry wounds, and digital darkening of blood in some shots. These are largely subtle adjustments, and this is still a strong episode if you're squeamish. - Removal of the opening content warning, instead replaced with an in-video warning in the intro. - Additional censor box to remove nudity. - Dragging syllables in line deliveries have been corrected throughout. - Removal of logos in credits, and replacement credits song. - Intro music replaced with cover. - Film credit captions added. - General tightening of pacing throughout. This was also one of the last episodes done with Chris, who co-wrote and edited some of my videos at the time, hence the post-credits farewell; we'd still collaborate for a few episodes later (notably Batman Returns). I ended up reviewing three of Gilbey's films: I also covered A Lonely Place to Die and Plastic in Projector episodes. I did see that lead actor Roman Karpynec saw this review and quite enjoyed it. This episode has limited monetization because of the content within (I use KZfaq's self-certification system and answer honestly), so this video is unlikely to make much money from re-posting it, which is largely out of completism for fans of my older videos. If you enjoyed this review, you can support me over at Ko-fi: ko-fi.com/filmbrain Anyway, hope you enjoy the video!

Wow. This looks like a bunch of kids were trying to imitate Guy Ritchie and about as terribly. Fat Elvis with his mirror shirt is the worst... Oddly, don't recall ever seeing this review before. Maybe missed it. 06:21 - Wait did the guy on the phone say "this man had a scruffy panda"? :D And the house party massacre might as well be a scene from a Sam Peckinpah film. :D 16:55 - I expected a Monty Python "Ah, Cohronnowahll!" joke there. :D 17:26 - Likely she was not an actress but a girlfriend of one of these guys. And I have to say... lucky sods! Those breasts ARE enormous. :P But you are right, the main character is basically a human Cool Aid Man, he sloshes red berry juice even when lightly tapped. 18:21 - "better make sure?" pretty sure getting shot in the mouth point blank is pretty much fatal... Man this idiot of a director is excessive. You are seriously telling me this guy went on to direct GOOD movies? And then decided to release what was basically his teenage student film? Even Doug Walker does not like to remind people he starred in a terrible 2013 fan-made Sonic the Hedgehog movie... :D

This movie is so GLORIOUSLY EXTREME and over the top that part of me wants a Reckoning Day 2 just to see what more over the top gunfights, blood squibs and cheestastic edgy dialogue Gilbey could wring out of his cast. Maybe we could have Unseen Force resurrect Ed from the Dead whom after hallucinating blurs the lines between the real world and world of Reckoning Day where Ed tries to fulfill Roman Karpynec's desire to get his money from Gilbey and pursues him with a chainsaw ready for more Chainsaw battles against his enemies.

How many movies have I seen where people fight with chainsaws like they were swords? Well, Motel Hell springs to mind. Of course, that movie had a sense of humor and fun, which this one seems to utterly lack. Then there was Phantasm 2, which was silly, but still kind of fun. By the way, in reality, chainsaws make terrible weapons. Their torque makes them extremely difficult to control, and if you tried swinging one around, you'd spend all your time and effort just trying to keep it pointed in the right direction and avoid cutting your own leg off.
