It may be endometriosis. 1 in 10 women have it. You should talk to your doctor.

if your period is consistently that debilitating, that isn't typical. it could be a thyroid problem so pls talk to your healthcare provider abt it

get the strength and do it. yk we never learnt to give up. try it. it makes you feel better (rn im on my first day of period and this works) SPECIALLY THE PILLOW ON THE BACK AND STRETCH

Please Try. Our bodies are surprisingly strong and the child's pose works well to alleviate the discomfort. If the pain is consistently severe, that is not normal. A medical professional should be consulted 🙏🏽

ugh i am so sorry to hear that… 😣 if you haven’t tried these, here are some really helpful remedies that have eased my pain substantially. raspberry leaf, turmeric & or ginger teas 🫖 chasteberry extract/supplements turmeric, ginger & cinnamon spices actually help!! add them to food or tea ☕️ bananas, blueberries, raspberries (potassium really helps) coconut oil! i put a teaspoon in my raspberry leaf tea. i can feel it working (helps with hormone balancing!) avocados 🥑 eggs 🍳 (healthy cholesterol) magnesium & iron supplements dark leafy greens like spinach or kale 🥬 also, it’s okay to eat a certain amount of healthy fats, (i.e. avocados, coconut oil, butter, etc.) carbs & chocolate when on your period. there’s a reason we get cravings & it’s because our body is actually lacking in certain nutritions it loses during our periods. so don’t feel ashamed about eating bread & butter, or grabbing some dark chocolate. they actually have health benefits in the long run :) happy trails ❤️‍🩹😊

I have a really bad stomach ache and on top of that I got my period at 5 in the morning. Needless to say I was desperate for anything to help before I had to leave at 7:40. Also, go to the doctor! I had really painful cramps for over 2 years... The doctors discovered not only a cyst but also that I have endometriosis. Had a surgery in march and since then I feel great!

I’m sure you already have but I would really recommend seeing your GP about what you’re going through. It sounds like it could be PCOS related. I hope your GP is able to help you with your pain, normal periods should not be unbearable & you deserve to feel okay🙌🏼❤️
