Great video, that was a great idea using the extension for your impact, how long was it? I will change mine in few days. Thanks for the video

I think your probably right on the money with the torque on that nut. A lot of torque is lost when using an extension. I See your oil pan Isn't leaking yet. Make sure you change out that Crankcase filter, if it has that filter box on top of the driver side valve cover. They are notorious for causing a nightmare of leaks on the 6.7.

My CCV filter was clogged solid. Turbo was makin weird noises out the intake and it was super sluggish. I did the CCV re route immediately after I noticed it. Luckily didn’t cause any damage or cause the leak!

how do you find a similar noise that I can hear when I go over a bump? Everything looks good and moves tightly together. I don't want to replace the whole front end chasing this one noise.

Is there a reason to not reverse the upper track bar bolt/nut (after removing it) so that you can access the nut from the front?

Yes. If the nut comes loose and falls off(heaven forbid), it is more likely that the bolt will not come out if inserted from the front of the truck. Think about the wind trying to push the bolt out every time you turn vs the wind keeping the bolt in place.
