If traffic in central London is stopped for a day, or the M25 is blocked, it doesn't matter cos it's the common folks. The delivery driver could have let you go but was probably distracted by sat nav and looking for the address, if I'm looking for somewhere I tend to let other cars go so I can look without disrupting their trip even more. I also enjoyed the Selsey trip as I spent my early youff, from 15-20 years old, in Chichester and used to go out to the pub in Selsey. I then moved to East Wittering/Bracklesham Bay, just down the coast, for a couple of years in my later youff😋😋 It's a lovely part of the world and great for a relaxing holiday😍

Words of wisdom and calm driving as usual, thanks. [though I don’t agree with the comment about police stopping the Stop Oil gang before the Coronation. It was a globally televised event and not the right time for glue or bags of orange powder.] Orners = drivers who cut corners. [as in shoe ‘orn] Some of the road markings were a bit vague in a couple of clips - 4:07 and 7:55 particularly - have the councils been saving on paint or the contractors ‘cutting’ corners?

The problem with J10 at the moment is they have done the new road markings, but only put one sign, so the "Gatwick" people still get in the "Heathrow" lane.

I'd have thought the driver indicating right, towing the trailer, and then taking the slip road to the left, would have had an audible beep/buzzer letting them know the indicator was on. My 15 year old Picasso has a beep if I'm indicating when towing as does my neighbours Honda when he tows his caravan. Strange that a newer Range Rover (?) wouldn't, perhaps someone in the comments can enlighten me👍👍

Gonna make the assumption they are after a junction fairly soon. The stay in lane sign is not in a circle so it is advisory, like when you see the square signs flashing with 50 in them, doesn't mean the speed limit is 50, it means they advise 50 which is optional although there is likely some issue up ahead where 50mph would be a more appropriate speed in case the traffic suddenly stops. That van dangerously and unnecessarily passing on the inside is one of those people who think that if you don't move in immediately, you are a lane hogger. People have to get out of this mentality of so-called lane hogger retribution because they will cause an accident. The white van should have moved in and I think the landy was partly doing it in retribution to the white van and partly cos they thought you would pull out to overtake the white van. I don't see you lane hogging in any of that clip, I actually move to lane 3, if nothing is approaching me, for busier emerges to allow other vehicles to use the inner lanes. Anyone who thinks you were lane hogging needs further driver education. That van didn't actually take a gap, it took the HGV's braking space. If you're gonna cut in front of a vehicle, do it to something that can stop quickly

The Land Rover undertaking you read the road, noticed you slow down to let the other car pass you before you pulled out into lane 3, also noticed that the van wasn't going to move into lane 1 (been in lane 2 for so long he was like a Scalextric car on rails !! I have to ask;On a M. Way, you indicate to move from lane 1 to 2 & 2 to 3. Why do you indicate to move from 3 to 2 & 2 to 1 when all you are doing is complying with the Highway Code..Keep left except when overtaking. When you pass on a single track road, do you indicate left, after you've passed something ? The only reason to indicate Left, on a M. Way, is when you intend to leave, down a slip road..on the left !! (that's what my instructor told me back in 1970.

It still runs flawlessly, it still returns over 60mpg and it owes me nothing financially., it cost me just £20 per annum in road fund licence (there is a joke somewhere in that description) Should I scrap this perfectly good car that has offset its build emissions and buy a new electric car that uses up the earth's resources and takes another huge toll on carbon emissions?

In fact BMW produce so much RE at one plant that they farm out the excess to a local village and still have enough spare to sell to a neighbouring country. Nobody in the reputable branches of the RE and EV industries claims that EVs are clean. They are just a lot cleaner than ICE technology at every level.
