We make a ready mix by crushing badam \peanuts\cahewnuts\macademia (whatever is available) - some coarse and some fine ( to give a body ) +cardmom *+ charoli* A quick dessert can be made *with greek yogurt/ non sour curd* . . Just Add the sweetener before serving. We add Jaggery We use *paneer* ( instead of milk/curd) to spread on rotis / bread) . Shop bought paneer has flour in it and so the flavors cannot mingle with the paneer as much as it can when we make it from scratch. *You have great taste in clothes* - Can you share the source of the one that you are wearing in this episode ? thanks
