Bagging a Mercedes W140 Tips & Tricks.

We finally did it. W140 gets SqueakyCleanAir air suspension with digital 3p management. We also touch upon the SLS system... Check this video out for some tips and tricks while we do it. The kit is available from @squeakycleanair on instagram. They are a custom air suspension company from Canada that has their own air struts and air kits for many vehicles. All of the kits are tested. They now have a slightly new version of the kit that is direct fit for W140 Chassis. Kit on video was a development kit. 2005-2015 the w140 was EXTRA popular in Nz for AirSus, before the whole VIP look became cool

Yes. Bags are nothing new. I still can't understand the fascination of people and bagged w140. Looks cool I guess. 😎

What is your wheels setup? Is there any problem with fitting?

Not too sure. The owner will be redoing them to be wider. I will have specs on part 2 of this video coming in the summer.

Could you please answer what kind of bags did you use in the front and in the back? I missed that part. Also I'm curious to hear what are the most important thing I need to remember when bagging W140? I suppose I need heavy duty suspension because of the huge mass of the vehicle and 3/8 airlines? Compressor could be something basic, right? I consider getting 2 smaller air tanks because my trunk has already limited space but the total capacity will be around 5 gallons just like yours. Im just struggling with this topic alot because I dont know much about this. (really like your rims🤩 What are they?)

Does this kit include everything I need to be able to complete my suspension? Including water disposers and stuff like that? I was just curious to know what are the recommended features of each part. Thx for the link.

@@vxo- link is for suspension kit(shocks with our exclusive bags and brackets) without management that's extra and is available on the site as well. Bagging a w140 properly isn't cheap.

Единый Создатель миров сжалился над людьми и подарил им *Мercedes.* Всем владельцам MERCEDES здравия и благополучия ! Были W201, W140, четыре года на W124, 1985г.(2.0, 4 - ст.ручка, pierburg, самоблок). Я заглянул в Вечность. Сейчас вновь на синем W140 S320. .

I have a w124 wagon with the sls system. I went a step further to remove the hydraulic system, I replace the power steering/ hydraulic pump with a standard steering pump and thus eliminating the need to loop the system. I'm sure there is a steering pump for the w140 that doesn't have the hydraulic pump built in.
