Its the bridge from the 'Calm Before The Storm' suite, breaking into the Hornpipe 'Winnipeg Forger' (also from the same suite), written by Don Bradford. Sheet music for the Suite is in 'The Full Monty' by PM Ryan Canning. Eric Stein is in one Terry Tully's books.

I'm ashamed to say I don't or more I can't remember what this tune is called but it's done brilliantly my father and his two brothers was members of St Sebastian pipe band my father was the all England drumming champion 1959 and later was a world champion in the late sixtys with mount Carmel pipe band from Salford greater Manchester. ...

As someone that has been a pipe major, I have to say absolutely amazing performance. The music is on point and I can't find an issue with the timing. However at 0:17-0:20 only half of the band brought their hands to the proper position.

Love the sound of this band, innovative and superb playing 1 Too bad their Drum major looks like he should be carrying a pitchfork instead of a Mace. How about a bit of flourish ? Might as well have a Potato leading the band !
