bajra mathri recipe, healthy pearl millet snack recipen is made without refined flour (maida) or wheat flour (atta) #glutenfree #vegan
Ingredients:
3 cups bajra (pearl millet), 1 tbsp ajwain, 1 tsp whole black peppercorns, 1/2 tsp jeera, 1 1/4 tsp pink himalayan salt, 1 tbsp organic kasuri methi, 1/2 tsp turmeric powder, 1/3 cup wood pressed groundnut oil, 3/4 cup water. Wood pressed groundnut oil as needed to fry the mathri.

I like baking but used to set back thinking of the ingredients going to each recipe... sometimes was making cakes with oats powder + maida. But now I really don’t have any guilt while baking. Hi Chechi... Adding a handful of chopped methi leaves and red chilli flakes makes bajri more tasty. We eat this in Gujarat specially during winter.
