Күн бұрынWe had baked cauliflower and boiled fish for yesterday's lunch. Natural yogurt for dessert. 😋
Baked cauliflower recipe 👇
50g cauliflower
For bechamel:
1 spoon butter
3 spoons flour
3 cups milk
Grated cheese
Boil cauliflower until tender.
In another pot, melt butter. Mix milk and flour and put in the melted butter, keep stirring until reach desired consistency. Now you have your very own homemade bechamel 😎
Strain boiled cauliflower, put into a small tin, mash, pour bechamel and top with grated cheese. Oven at 160º for 25 minutes.
Super lami, super sayon but takes time to prepare 😁
Easy. Yummy. Healthy.
