Pickle won the battle but Baki won the war. When they bumped fists it was a deal they made “no techniques just keep punching each other till one of us falls” pickle got tired of being punched and used aikido, a technique, to knock Baki out. Therefore he broke the rules hence why he didn’t attempt to eat Baki because he knew he lost by DQ.

Pickle is the last standing but only because he took advantage of baki trying to calm him down you can see him crying. But yeah baki technically lost. In the end, Pickle didnt see baki as food thats why you see pickle sitting down crying because even he knows he lost.
