3 жыл бұрынhiiii i know i’m sorry i’m rubbish at uploading to youtube, I have some really amazing stuff going on behind the scenes that i can’t tell you yet, but it’ll be worth the wait i promise!💕
so while baking i started getting a pain in my head on one side by my left eye, which is often a warning sign for a seizure. literally 20 seconds after complaining of the pain i had the first absent seizure and started feeling really far away and my vision was a bit funny. i was alright though so i carried on, but just began feeling weirder and weirder. i haven’t shown my absent seizures much on youtube and i was really nervous to leave them in, but my whole account is tourettes awareness and the seizures are a part of me too.
what is an absent seizure❓
an absent seizure caused you to blank out or state into space for a few seconds. it’s often confused for day dreaming, but during day dreaming we are fully conscious, during an absent seizure i am unconscious and unaware of things around me.
they happen more when i am tired or unwell. i’m not sure why i had them today, i was unwell yesterday it might of been that💜

This may sound weird but it's so nice to see someone else have absent seizures. My mom has had them my entire life and everyone that doesn't know her thinks she is pretending even though she's had brain scans to prove it. Your amazing and I absolutely love your videos.

I have more focals than absents but they really are something else lol. I have tonic clonics, myoclonics, and it’s all a bit much on the body. By fiancé makes me feel so safe when I have them though. To all the mums, dads, parters, and friends of those with disabilities, WE LOVE YOU!!!!!

I am emetophobic and I've never seen someone putting a trigger warning for this phobia in my entire life. It may be stupid but it made me smile because no one has ever taken this issue seriously, so thank you so much for this. Edit: it's been 2 years but I still struggle a lot. Rn I'm having an hard time and reading these comments again made me remember about the time I didn't know anything about this and thought I was the only one scared of throwing up. You're not crazy and you are not alone, remember that. Emetophobia is really really hard to deal with. It's not like you're disgusted or a bit scared, it's like being obsessed with throwing up. It's basically an ocd. In my worst days I weighted 45kg... please seek help and never make fun of someone's mental disorder.

@@lamiii5201 emetophobia is an anxiety disorder, people with emetophobia have the fear (obsession) of throwing up or/and seeing other people throwing up. It's not like being afraid of throwing up only when it's happening, this kind of disorder controls your every single thought and action every single day (in fact my therapist told me that the right word to describe this problem is "obsession") and it can become really dangerous if it takes complete control of your mind

Sadly I have heard other stories like yours :( I wish for you that she takes it seriously someday. I think some parents are just so in denial that their children can have these kind of issues, or maybe they somehow blame themselves. But in the end it is making things worse. I hope for now you found people that you trust and that are more helpful to surround yourself with.

You didn't ask for your touretts and it's not fair that you have to stop being yourself because of them. I hope your family comes to understand it or you are able to get away from them soon. @@leij7456 awweeeee whyyy ur too sweety thank you honey not everyone's been nice especially on tiktok😟like I've been diagnosed by a neurologist that I do have tourettes like why would I lie about something like that I've known for years having ticks and I've waited years to be officially diagnosed and I finally am I wouldn't wish us on my worst enemy I wouldn't wish this on Eevee or any other creator that follows her and his friends with her I would never I know what they go through and they know what I go through so having no support is hard but I try to keep strong and keep pushing forward every day but I appreciate you so much girl ♥️♥️♥️😟

Evie is so strong. I have epilepsy too, and both her and her mum make me feel so strong and I want to be able to be strong and open like her. Have and feel that kinda love her mum brings. I LOVE YOU GUYS EVIE!

If shes laughing at something herself then its okay to laugh, but if its something serious, like her hurting herself then you shouldn't laugh.

Art makes Tourette’s and tics more calmed down, I have Tourette’s and drawing or painting calms them down completely and I know evie draws a lot so it probably wouldn’t be a very active tic video

Your an amazing person. The fact that you have the confidence to do this and show pride about how you deal with day-to-day life is like with your condition and it makes me so so happy because I have Autism and Absent seizures and I find it really hard to accept that till this day and with you making videos about how it's not all bad but there's always good to it too. Seeing your mom hold you with a smile as you were having seizures instead of being fearful gave me life. You and your mom both approach hardships with the most calm positivity and it’s so inspiring! Seeing you both laugh and your mom cheering you on when you get frustrated is absolutely beautiful! You both are angels on earth! Also nice cleave sent me 😂 love you and your videos so much!!! They always bring a smile to my face and give me hope I can approach my own chronic physical and mental illnesses in the same manner. Keep it up and don’t feel pressure to post consistently! My daughter has absent seizures I have to have one had on her or she might walk off. Sometimes touch helps her come out of one.
