Little update on the sourdough since filming this video: I have made one successful loaf and I think I'm starting to get the hang of it! I'm trying to figure out how to make sure that the outside doesn't get too crispy. Also, to clear the air, I am still gluten free as much as possible! I haven't been eating very much of the sourdough I've been making; it's mainly been given away (or thrown away, I'm still practicing after all haha) and plus, sourdough's gluten is easier to digest because of how the loaf is made. All that to say, I'm still on my super strict, lame diet but hoping it will continue to clear up my skin!
