Balaban's History and My Entrepreneurship Story
In this video, I wanted to answer a question that has been asked to me for a long time. What is the history of Balaban and my entrepreneurship? When I really look back, I can say that even though I say how quickly time has passed, I can say that this difficult process did not pass very quickly ... there were times when I wanted to quit and when things went badly ... but I never deviated from my goal and always tried to motivate myself again when I woke up in the morning.
In this adventure that started with Balaban JiuJitsu in 2011 and CrossFit Balaban in 2013, I tried to summarize the story by visiting Balaban Solid Sports in Nidakule, which we opened with you in 2017. Using some images from the past was nostalgic for me.
We said that there would be no video for us without training, and I shared with you a workout that I liked very much from the 3rd week of the Balaban Hybrid method, which is on sale in the morning run and in the afternoon at the Training Sepeti.
