He still performs, however due to his health he can't play the Drums anymore. His son now plays the Drums in his concerts :)

Imagine a warm summer night, driving down the road with your high school friends. Car windows open, summer breeze blowing. The smell of fresh cut grass, and summer sounds. Slipping into the night, just relaxed and chilling. Then this song comes on the radio. Everyone air drumming and singing at the top of their lungs. Yeah. That was how it was when this song came out. Life was just too cool.

Everyone who hears thos song for the 1st time should check their heart rate before it starts and when it ends. I'll guarantee it'll be a lot higher at the end. This song was 1st released in 1981 and it's still as popular now as it was in 1981.

Just when I was liking you Guys you unintentionally disrespect Phil and the video by not showing his deserved OVATION and the crowd reaction which is always my ultimate test of whether Reactors are really into it. I think Phil and the audience deserved to be seen for the last 20 seconds.You are good guys and up to then I enjoyed your reaction but to SUDDENLY immediately turn off the very second the music stops is not really showing appreciation of Phil.I saw his previous Group: Genesis's first-ever Top Of The Bill performance in South East London in 1972. :) Good Luck but play those last few seconds which are there for a REASON, my friends:)

@@Isleofskye Calm down. They enjoyed it and said as much. Not everyone is a sycophant. I confess to liking the song, but it is the only track that stands out in a catalogue of drab, lack luster, and very often, just sentimental clap trap.

@@dendemano, I don't mind criticism but I object to the wrong spelling of "lacklustre" and it is one word. NOW,I am calm... Yes,I know it is The American spelling. It is nothing to do with being a sycophant on anyone's part, theirs or mine, but it is to do with respect shown to an Artist and a little dig at some Reactor's "2022 stylee" impatience that they can not wait 20 seconds.

I find it tedious when smug admonishments are part of a response, as if it adds any weight to a statement posted on a medium such as "KZfaq comments". Especially, when the perpetrator is guilty of such grammatical mishmash, as ""impatience that they can not wait 20 seconds". Regardless of the aforementioned comments. I do have a certain amount of respect for anyone who would so inadvertently declare their devotion for such a boring, bland, and insipid artist. I find that many of his adoring fans fit that description. Oh yeah, I'm English.

Hi Guys, lovely reaction, Phil is indeed a very talented and unique vocalist as well as being a phenomenal drummer. I've been listening to him for over 45 years with Genesis and his solo career, his musicianship has brought me much joy.
