Am really enjoying this video series. Just a minor comment on the editing of this one: there are 4 or 5 times where the cut has the same bit of script before and after the cut, which means it gets repeated.

I recently got an P1P as my first ever 3D printer, and your videos helped me a lot of getting the hang of the software and 3D printing in general. Thank you so much for that 🙂 I would definetly lov eto see a video on supports, as that still gives me quite some trouble, and the automatic settings in Bambu Studio often seem to be too much 😅

I was hoping when you were talking about speeds you would have addressed the accelerations. It seems like the acceleration would have just as much to do with print speed as possible. I assume there is a trade off between acceleration and component wear, like the belts. Would you be able to do a video on the accelerations and how they effect print time and wear and tear on the printer?

Ok I have an issue I’ve not found an answer for yet. I know in cura you can you can import 2 models and arrange them on top of each other by floating one. In studio it keeps putting the one your floating back to the build plate. Is there a way to turn that off?

I just got a Bambu X1C and I'm very thankful for your tutorials! I'm wondering if speed is variable based upon the type of filament you're using? Are certain speeds optimal for different filament types and does Bambu Studio adjust the default speeds based upon the selected filament? Thanks!

such useful information and sharp video. subscribed! Just one question: I simply lower the volumetric speed in the filament settings, if i print something small and i want it strong, with better layer adhesion. Often i don't care about the speed so much. Is this a good method?

Thanks for the background and demonstration! I'm assuming you were using the default 0.20 mm layer height here - would you expect any different results if using different layer heights? Intuitively I'd expect that smaller layer heights would yield better overhangs, since a smaller ratio of the deposited thread would be hanging off the previous layer. Do you have any experience with adjusting layer height for overhangs?

Again, thanks for these videos. All 5 have been very helpful. I have watched them more than once. It takes me a while! :-). Question for you. I am struggling with support material. I bought a roll of SUPPORT FOR PLA from Bambu. But now how do I use it. Do you have a video on that? If you do not, is there a chance of creating one? Thank you.

Thanks for this video, very good and informative. I think that we are starting to get exactly what is needed. These speeds work very well with Bambu filament. But what would be your recommendations if we use another material, one for which the printing speed should not be higher than 80 mms? According to what principle and which speeds would you recommend to reduce?

So, with the benchy… If you‘d want a clean wall throughout the print would it be best to slow down outer walls and turn off SDFO? Also good to see that you can get away with 60-65 overhang rather than the usual quoted 45.

Hi. My print sticks to the bed and prints well until for some reason it will make a booger somewhere alone the print from a 1/4 to 8 inches above the bed then it knocks the print over because the nozzles catches on it. It's just a cigar cylinder. Any ideas? This video was so helpful. Thanks

one thing that confuses me is that if you change filament profile, it doesn’t change the print speeds. I assumed it would adjust those as well. Seems the different speeds etc only change with the print settings (eg 0.20 standard, 0.28 draft etc etc)?

Can you cover fan speeds in relation to overhangs? and also enclosure open vs closed? I typically run door closed, lid propped open 1/2" on my p1s otherwise I have warping issues on larger prints. Seems like whats good to prevent warping is bad for overhangs and Im not having much luck printing models with both features.

These speeds are ridiculous. I still have my i3 close and my max speed was about 50mm/s. My new Core XY sprints with 200-300mm/s this is insane. Not the speed as such but the quality at that speed.
